The double room is air-conditioned with terrific bathroom and very value. Cooperative staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere.

The breakfast is more than adequate with delectable pastries, has high quality food. The staff are excellent co-operating and efficient and the room is nicely furnished in venetian style. All in all they offer good service. The ambience of the hotel is quiet.

The beds were lovely and the twin/double room itself was beautifully maintained and air conditioned.

The hotel was perfect little, fairly clean offered warm breakfasts and had a beautiful location close to the pier for public boat transportation. I thoroughly enjoyed authentic restaurant. The private parking was on-site, very good service. Plus their wifi was free. I had a lovely stay in a long time.

The location was marvellous and lovely, close to many restaurants. A cool bonus was Venchi Cioccolato, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Loved the location on the outskirts of Cannaregio. Visited Snack Bar Tre Archi for a few drinks, it was not too far away from the hotel, recommend.

Everything was great during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its marvellous and very pretty location adjacent to a restaurant as well as a public pier serving as a regular water bus stop. We had a friendly check-in, the room was spotless and soundproof in the venetian style. Our stay was a wonderful experience.

The hotel was fairly clean, wonderful, had courteous staff at reception desk. The location was wonderful - near historical Cannaregio, airport station or bus station and restaurants, waterbus. It also was close to the Jewish restaurant.

Location right by a water bus and shopping options. For tea or coffee visit Bar al parlamento nearby.

This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room. A safe, a mini-bar and central heating worked well and the bed was extremely comfy. Its location within walking distance of Natural History Museum was fab. I loved the very quiet area around the hotel.
