We stayed here for trip, everything was excellent and it was in the great location away from St Mark's square.

The breakfast had a wide range of appetising options, and was very tasty. The rooms were spacious and view on the canal was absolutely gorgeous. The location was great and brilliant, next to a lagoon and a river.

The stay was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was savoury with gluten free option, and the pool was heated. I had well-maintained and romantic room with a terrace and a balcony. There was Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was thoughtful.

The location was perfect and excellent in walking distance from all the main attractions and exceeded all expectations. Also, this hotel was situated 2 km from tourist destination like Princes Street Gardens.

Stayed in wheelchair accessible room with jacuzzi, bed on mezzanine level and the balcony, it worked well for me. The staff was exceptional and always helped me.

Simply stunning place overall, it is tidy, location is perfect right off a main canal where there is a docking station for water taxi to drop off passengers. Reasonably good, highly courteous staff, thank you very much for treating me so well. The rooms are nicely furnished with nice beds and smoke detectors.

The staff is reasonably good here, the services are exceptional, and location is incredible just off good bars and restaurants, nice restaurants, and Venice Zattere vaporetto stop near & an easy walk to Accademia & the Grand Canal. The room is brand-new with fantastic view over the venetian rooftops, also they can offer wake-up service.

Had a very very good stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The rooms were brand-new and high standard, had hypoallergenic pillows. Coffee/tea making machines and refrigerators were available. No complains at all, I loved this hotel and would like to stay longer.

The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, I tried healthy dishes. Stunning and amazing location, it was near a ferry port. Again, I could visit a 16th-century Roman Catholic church.

What's more, it was really close to two boat ' stops' and a main canal where there is a docking station for water taxi to drop off passengers. We had an updated superior room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The view of the canal was exceptional.

Gorgeous property with superbly friendly employees from the friendly receptionist. New-fashioned, airy room with a classy modern bathroom, red interior, for example! Amazing location in the relatively quiet area, close enough to the main sightseeing areas, by and the waterbus, and the art district over looking Guidecca. Plus, walking distance to a historic boatyard.

Simply stunning place for a visit to Venice, it has magnificent location in a non tourist area and excellent services. The staff is being very attentive and well-mannered.

Everyone from the staff was extremely friendly. The room was well-maintained and romantic with an extremely comfy bed and a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the bathroom. The pool was heated and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar. Besides, everything was perfect, with free Wi-Fi.

There was lots of food for breakfast, it was brilliant. I liked a lovely view of garden. The location was stunning, for example, an art gallery was within walking distance of the hotel. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Venice.

Very impressed with the lovely view from our family suite. The breakfast was delicious, the pool area was heated. The location was incredible - ease of access to V-a-c Foundation. The staff was KNOWLEDGEABLE and affable, appreciated this place.

The staff has always been excellent. Tourist area adjacent to the hotel. It's just next door to Al Chioschetto, good for a little drink. The venue is definitely recommended to all:)))
