Our classic queen room was huge with gorgeous views, the elegant bathroom, as for instance. The breakfast was generous and very good and included, and the staff were very good.

The hotel is pleasant, with nice views, fantastic location near cruise port. The staff are pretty friendly and the rooms are a decent size. The breakfast is astonishing and enjoyable, includes croissants, fruit, and eggs.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a comfortable area, just off bus terminal and water bus station Roma, close to bars, and main train station. Perfectly clean units in a court yard which was up & close to your window, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had a fabulous deluxe room and a generous and wonderful breakfast. The facilities such as a small balcony and a carpet where available. The location was amazing and magnificent, just off Santa Lucia train station and the Grand Canal, and railway and bus.

I really enjoyed the superior queen room. The bathroom was clean, with a bidet. The really kind staff members provided a few recommendations.

The location is central. A train station is walking distance to the hotel that is right by a canal. The food is good with plenty of options, including croissants, fruit, and eggs.

If going to Venice, I would return here. Make sure to get classic double room with a king size bed, gorgeous views, as example. The location is incredible, 1 km from a wide canal. Easy access to bars and restaurants which are near the hotel.

Clean place with efficient and decent staff and absolutely stunning view of the garden AND the canal. Charming location very near Piazzale Roma bus station, in the very very nice area. Besides, excellent for visiting a Roman Catholic church. Totally very good stay for 3 nights.

The hotel is situated in the central location close to the station. The breakfast is enjoyable and the staff is welcoming.

The total stay was really great during our visit. The staff were all accommodating and polite. The accommodation had a central location to restaurants you dont know where they are.

Everything about this traditional hotel was very good. Marvellous and pleasant location, the staff were pleasant. Besides, the area was very nice, next to a beautiful baroque church.

Their breakfast is poor, can definitely be improved.
