Marvellous, amazing location in the good area. At 0.5 km distance from the airport. Impressive unit on the water. A wide array of facilities like: a storage space, a balcony, and a kettle.

It offers excellent service. Hotel's breakfast is inclusive and free with cheese and delicious cakes. As for me location is marvellous, near many great Venetian attractions, Giglio water taxi and a water bus stop.

Loved my fabulous stay for five nights at the end of Aug-beginning of September. The offered breakfast was great with view over the square.

The breakfast was fantastic and lovely, we will definitely visit place next time. The food provided for breakfast was freshly made. Exceptional service, just what we needed.

Overall it was immaculate, with a jacuzzi bathroom.

Its unique, very central location was a plus. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a large museum. The bedroom was opulent and wonderful.

There were too firm beds in our room.

Charming little place, it was fairly clean and had outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally pleasant stuff on the staff member. This hotel was set in a very central area not far from so many restaurants & shops as well as transport links and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent location, Marco Polo airport was 0.5 km away. The staff was experienced and highly courteous, gave advice about the city.

Our hotel is set in a very central location just off all the highlights and both the Grand Canal and St Mark's Square. It's worth staying here and exploring San Marco district.

The room was soundproof and compact with air conditioning included. The service was fantastic, I had 2 excellent nights here.

Came here for trip, had amazing 4 days overall. Greatly enjoyed the twin/double room with aircon, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The location was great for walking around a grand showpiece square.

As for me, the area was really busy.

The location was stunning and brilliant, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. I had the suite, it was soundproof.

The location was brilliant, close to a baroque church. I was happy, the suite I booked came with the mirrors, the bedroom, birthday balloons.

The location of the hotel was brilliant and awesome - within easy walking distance of Lista di Spagna. The employees were pleasant and kind. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fab.

The best thing is location - right by many good restaurants, all Venice. I have stayed in the suite with central heating, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment. No complaint, a really great experience, would come here again...

The location was brilliant and easy for traveling around Venice, really close to the many nearby restaurants and the Accademia bridge. The breakfast was inclusive, especially fruit, bread and yoghourt. The service was friendly!

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring Venice attractions. The classic queen room overlooked street.

Wanted to explore Venice and this hotel was nice base for doing it. Located in a nice part of the town. Moreover, the free Wi Fi was available. It was worth its 3 stars.

Walking distance to Lido. In the morning there was buffet breakfast...
