Fairly clean property, affable staff. Magnificent and nice location - close to a train station. Besides, excellent for visiting Thomas Cubitt Statue.

The location was comfortable and beautiful, near a railway station. We dined out at Cacio & Pepe, set near the hotel. The staff were amiable and the breakfast was great with decent coffee and toast, for example.

The location was charming, close to many things and overlooking city. The entire staff was nice and kind.

The food at the lounge area was lovely. We booked this charming hotel because of its particularly good location close enough to the center, a vaporetto station and supermarket. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved Santa Croce district.

The location is handy and absolutely perfect, it's in Santa Croce district near all destinations, restaurants, transportation, musea, neighbourhoods and all there is to know and the Basilica / Campanile. Make sure to get king room with a shower, nice breakfast, as for instance.

The units are huge, neat with comfy bed.

Affordable hotel in a very quiet area not far from the bus stations and the train stations, supermarkets and lovely restaurants, and the Island. Amazing and stunning location, not too far from Basilica of st Mary of Health. Good sized and quiet units with comfy bed and fantastic friendly staff.

Appreciated that the hotel was absolutely charming and nice, nice decor in the rooms. The breakfast was great and there was a wide array of food to choose from. We booked quadruple room with city view. The staff seemed very helpful and fabulously friendly, they made our stay a very pleasant experience.

They provide coffee, toast, cereals, and fruit, that is excellent. It has amazing and stunning location in Santa Croce district not far from all the main sights as well as restaurants, transportation, musea, neighbourhoods and all there is to know;))

The location was charming for traveling around Venice, so close to the train station and airport, restaurants, transportation, musea, neighbourhoods and all there is to know and San Giacomo Venezia.

The quadruple room was huge with comfy bed, the bed was comfortable. The staff were incredibly nice yet not intrusive.

Near a railway station, supermarkets and the main shopping centre were not far as well. Hotel's breakfast was great with toast, pastry, decent coffee and could satisfy any taste.

Location - it was incredibly comfortable, a train station was close to the hotel. The property was close to Venice downtown. Liked our queen room with comfy bed.
