The location was amazing, the staff were outstandingly friendly. I booked a double room, it was designer and had a safe box, a mini bar, and central heating.

The stay here was fab for three nights. The room was lovely and individual on the higher floors and we appreciated the stay. The hotel provided us with an individual safe, air conditioning, and a minibar. The location was stunning and super - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go.

The room was large and designer, with a view on the salute. The staff were incredible and location was marvellous and stunning. Really enjoyed that it was set close to the airport, S Marco, Accademia and Burano.

The staff was amazing, fantastic. The location was super and I could use private parking on-site. It was located in a lovely area near Murano and Burano, San Marco square, and Venice in late spring, mid-April, a fabulous base for me.

Its location was magnificent, really close to a water taxi from the airport, Salute vaporetto, and most key sights. The staff were attentive and gave me good recommendations.

The service at the terrace is personalised. The staff is being incredibly attentive and highly courteous. It has perfect and magnificent location minutes from Basilica of st Mary of Health. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to several excellent local restaurants.

The location was perfect and quiet because it was so close to a water taxi from the airport or the Train Terminal as well as central Venice. I had a delicious and perfect breakfast and it had a great selection of food.

Many things to mention - everything was fairly clean, good food, astonishing views. The location was tranquil, to the main attractions which were easily walkable, it's a plus. Room was themed and staff very amiable and incredibly attentive. The breakfast was delicious and perfect, they make a wide range of meals.

Our experience here was fabulous! We appreciated the hotel, it was amazing and had exceptional location close to st Marcos square, the Salut cathedral, and the center. Stayed in individual deluxe queen room for our table. We had a polite service, perfect and marvellous breakfast.

The hotel has a great location, close to Academy Bridge. It has very polite and incredible staff and exceptional services.

The staff members were all pleasant, the rooms were designer with a view on the Salute and prosecco plus very comfortable bed.

It was based in amazing building in a stunning and super location, close enough to walk everywhere or get water taxis or the water bus. We were greeted by amazing, fantastic staff. Greatly enjoyed staying at the deluxe double room.

Tastefully decorated units with a pretty terrace, very comfortable bed, as for instance, and the staff were absolutely courteous.

The units are exquisite, good-sized. Everyone who works in the hotel is welcoming and exceptional.

Well, it was a very special stay for three nights. The breakfast was served in the terrace. Last time I stopped, had beautifully decorated room with a private balcony.

The hotel had beautiful location short walk to the main attractions which were easily walkable, the airport or the Train Terminal, and the Salute church. They upgraded me to a nice cosy and good-sized room with a splendid view.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was stunning and super adjacent to the Train Terminal, and Italy for long weekends for eleven years. The staff were amazing and outstanding lot of the time.

The view of the garden was beautiful, as well as very central location just off private water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the doorstep, the centre of Venice and San Marco square. The breakfast was perfect with a huge variety of brilliant food. First-class service was provided.

I've stayed here before and would come here again. I liked the delicious variety at breakfast. The staff was really helpful and attentive, they provided a terrific service. The location was perfect and excellent, the room was designer. After long day I visited La Rivista Restaurant Bar for a couple of drinks.

It is a charming hotel with excellent interior design, exceptional location adjacent to romantic amazing Venice, Salute vaporetto and the central tourist area. They serve delicious food, have a lot of options to choose from.

The staff was attentive and efficient - we would come here again. We had a really amazing stay in this trendy boutique hotel. It had unbeatable and stunning location with access to Basilica of st Mary of Health nearby. The property was a good home base for enjoying a very nice area.

it's delightful place to stay 2 km away from a wide canal. there is a magnificent traditional restaurant.

Loved this small hotel, and we will be back. We had a such great 2 nights stay. The location was exceptional, within easy walking distance of Academy Bridge. What's more, it was next to the canal, St Mark's Square and Venice.

Walking to a train station from ca maria adele was easy. Bed was comfy.

A patio is why we chose it. It provides NICE restaurant nearby.
