The staff are really helpful and attentive, managed the parking on site. The rooms are modern and spotless here with bathroom, a nice terrace, as example.

Quiet and perfect hotel located in a calm area close enough to the beautiful vined garden in the morning. A good choice of food at the breakfast, including milk and muesli.

The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect for me, on a quiet canal away from tourist traffic in Dorsoduro. Moreover, it was not far from authentic restaurant outside of the tourist crowds, and the beautiful vined garden in the morning. I could see garden from the double room.

The restaurant was perfect with the most splendid garden here, I had wonderful dishes. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there were central heating and a work desk available. The location was marvellous and lovely, overlooking garden. I tried some drinks at wine bar Al Terminal, located 10 minutes walk away.

The location of the hotel was nice - a 10-15 minute walk from a wide canal. You could walk to supermarkets and little stores. The restaurant was REALLY NICE with outdoor garden, I tried very pleasant dishes. I loved their comfortable beds.

Our double room was spotless with a great view, a balcony, for instance as advertised. The staff was polite and attentive and around most of the time. The location was comfortable, relatively near Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti.

Enjoyed our rooms with breakfast. The location was fantastic, short walk to Antica Locanda Montin and the supermarket & post office. We stayed for 5 nights here, loved Dorsoduro district.

Liked my stay, had a such wonderful experience. Everything was perfect, excellent service, wonderful location just off amazing grocery stores, a very pretty canal and a new art museum. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant with the most splendid garden. Everyone was very, very nice as well as host. The food was outstanding, especially milk and muesli for breakfast.

Nothing too much trouble, I would not hesitate to return here. The hotel is unique and quirky, nestled in a very lovely building with garden views. The personnel is attentive. The property has a wonderful location, few metres away from a historic boatyard.
