The bedroom was huge and bright.

Overall it was big and bright, with a marble bathroom.

Warm breakfast options and excellent view. Excellent services, the public parking was available next to the hotel.

The deluxe king room was huge with a separate tub, shower and double sinks, so that guests had essentials. The service was very good and the food was fabulous! Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

It's exceptionally comfortable place to stay 1 km away from a wide canal. The deluxe queen room is bright with shower, framed mirrors, for instance. An authentic restaurant serves fab food.

I greatly enjoyed the room, it was gorgeous and fabulous. Excellent service, though a few employees were not very friendly. The location was exceptional, within walking distance of a wide canal.

It is an exceptionally comfortable property located in Cannaregio district short walk to a gondola, sightseeing in Venice and the staff were so lovely.

The location was exceptional, just off the Biennale exhibitions and a gondola to the fish market and not too far from a centuries-old market we wanted to see. Very good and courteous staff at the hotel and room services, and facilities were modern here.

In overall, the place is remarkable, has very good and courteous staff at the hotel and room services. It's clean with a very central location close to the station. There is bakery Pasticceria Bar Martini, set 100 metres walk away.

We enjoyed a nice hot breakfast. The location was great and stunning, for example, a wide canal was not too far away from the hotel. The team provided an amazing service. Thanks to the very-very nice staff everything was good, including variety of appetising food.

Generally, truly enjoyed this gorgeous and comfortable accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff at the hotel and room services. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Ca' D'oro Waterbus. The authentic restaurant was excellent with a good choice of meals in the menu.

I had a special experience here, everything was very good, the location was incredible near to the Grand Canal, restaurants with breakfast, and Venice.

The hotel had a very central location and it was minutes from a centuries-old market.

All in all, it's fabulous place that has welcoming staff at the hotel and room services...

Hotel was conveniently located not far from a gondola station. Good sized rooms. We appreciated the canal view from the property.

Staying right by piazza san marco and cannaregio. Amazing design...
