Recommend to everyone. Fairly clean place with super staff and lovely view to the garden view. Downstairs bar with cold drinks.

Everything was very easy, great service, magnificent location just next door to the train station and boat stations, the vaparetto on the Grand Canal, and restaurants and shopping. Nice design, updated and unique rooms and exceptional stuff. The marvellous breakfast with yoghourt and cheese.

It was a lovely quiet and pretty standard hotel in a very lively area, near to St Lucia railway station, and railway station-vaporetto. The staff were superfriendly people especially at the reception desk, and location was magnificent and perfect. Besides, the property was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park. I've booked standard double room with excellent bathroom and everything was nice. A lounge area, a safe, and a chair were perfect.

Views were not so great.

The hotel itself was cool and clean with a downstairs bar. The view was lovely, the service was fantastic. Lucky me, got wake up service free of charge too.

The staff was pleasant and exceptional and my stay was wonderful, will come back. Overall I appreciated that absolutely fantastic and attractive hotel. The location in a beautiful area was marvellous and absolutely incredible and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. I was surprised at nearby Hard Rock Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks. The bedroom was airy and unique. The breakfast food was delicious and included yoghourt and cheese. Lovely breakfast and other services were great.

All in all everything was very easy, had a relaxing stay out of service for the remainder of our stay. We greatly enjoyed the standard quadruple room which was updated with a shower.

The location close to Venice SL station was excellent and incredible. I randomly popped in Java Bar Espresso serving some pastries, located within a close distance from the hotel, it was nice.

Had a fantastic stay out of service for the remainder of our stay, would definitely come back. The location was very central, close enough to train station, waterbus and main bus terminal, the main attractions of Venice and welcome garden area. Popped in Hostaria Vecio Biavarol for shots before sleep, it was at a medium distance from the venue. Amazing and lovely breakfast included yoghourt and cheese.

A standard king room with excellent bathroom has basic facilities you need. All in all they offer helpful service.

The weather was lovely, had memorable stay out of service for the remainder of our stay. The breakfast was delightful and good with gluten free products, fresh homemade pastries plus varieties eg and we spent evenings in the downstairs bar on-site. The location was fascinating, close enough to train station, waterbus station and shuttle bus station and the Grand Canal, main train station and waterbus stops.

Very close to a railway station, the location was incredible and magnificent, to the attractions by foot or water taxi. The breakfast included yoghourt and cheese for everyone.

I had a good stay. Unique hotel, staff were efficient and the location was wonderful very close to the vaporetto stop. My room was recently refurbished and generous sized, had safe for safety measures. The price was £ 55. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was efficient.

The hotel was reasonably clean and attractive, had nice views of the beautiful garden. The room was huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets in the bathroom. The selection of lovely yoghourt and cheese was a bonus. The location was great - ease of access to a stone arch bridge. The service was terrific with a quick check-in.

Well priced place, had a fairly nice stay for 2 nights. Huge and spotless unit on the same level as my mom has slight walking difficulties, we appreciated it. The hotel served yoghourt and cheese for breakfast.

The standard queen room we stayed in were adequate. The bathroom was good size, included a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets. Helpful service was provided here. The downstairs bar was good, appreciated it.

A cool property, clean, incredible and peaceful location to the Grand Canal. Location very close to Venice and the train station and the garden. Besides, excellent for visiting Natural History Museum.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Great service offered in this hotel. We had standard queen room with central heating, multi-channel TV and a writing table. The location was best possible and brilliant in a comfortable area, adjacent to 2 restaurants, train station and Venice.

Everyone who works in the hotel is courteous and polite. Make sure to get superior double room with a very large bed, the garden, for example. The location is marvellous and magnificent, at a medium distance from Palazzo Pisani Moretta.
