The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a very quite area, very close to the major attractions, water taxi & lots of restaurants and Grand Canal. The location was marvellous and fantastic and the staff were pleasant. I stayed here for 2 days and would stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel, facilities were good and the staff were particularly helpful. The guest room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was recently renovated as in the picture. The location turned out to be magnificent and amazing.

Spotlessly clean, small hotel. Newly renovated, neat unit with shower, aircon, for example. Easy to get to, stunning location really close to a lovely square, main sights and boat station.

I really enjoyed the super convenient area and picturesque location very close to city centre.

Small hotel in a beautiful area not far from a beautiful palace on the Canal Grande and shops bars and restaurants. Neat, compact unit on regular beds, and responsible staff. Magnificent and perfect location, especially for me. Again, not far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Very attentive staff and the place was immaculately clean. Fantastic and stunning location, 1 km from city centre. 15 km away from Marco Polo airport.

Not very friendly staff!

The location was absolutely ideal and quiet, very close to main square and water bus taxi. Booked a triple room on regular beds. The professional staff accommodated all the needs.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

It has fashionable rooms with a mini fridge, coffee, and a storage. Private bathroom is modern style.

Although everything was fine, some of the staff were kind of rude.

Brand-new and air conditioned room for what we needed with shower, aircon, for example.

The location was amazing - next to Accademia ferry stop, the grande canal and Academia bridge. Moreover, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Scuola Grande dei Carmini.

The rooms are new-fashioned and compact on regular beds.

Staying at the hotel was great, I would stay here again. I got the quadruple room, it was bright and spotless. The location was marvellous as for me. And it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Grumbles, ate there once or twice.

The hotel was in a very central location to a Taverna that was recommended on the other side. San Marco district was worth exploring. Booked triple room with a small fridge, coffee, and a storage.

Modern hotel, great place for 2 nights in Venice. Contemporary and compact room, incredibly nice breakfasts.

It was a modern hotel in Venice. The room was good sized, featured a kettle and a storage. The staff members were responsible and very amiable.

The location was incredible and excellent, close to Venice in luxury, and the San Marco, Grand Canal and main streets.

Had a really great stay even for a short visit. Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Saint Mark's Square. We were walking distance to a church and a palace.

It was overall clean with responsible staff. The dining room was perfect for breakfast. Had good and incredible location right across the bridge from the bus stop, a minute walk from a classical 17th - century palace. Stayed in this property for 1 night and greatly enjoyed our choice.

Good bed in triple room with a small mini fridge, coffee, and a storage space. Separate bedroom provided, such wonderful experience, late check-out. Excellent very central location and particularly nice breakfast.

This hotel was set in a very central area close to the tourist hotspots as well as lovely, peaceful Dorsoduro. My quadruple room was spacious and bright with the mezzanine.

The venue's position was very central. It was 20 mins drive to the airport. The folks working here were responsible and excellent. Liked freshly made food in the dining room.

Exceptionally clean and wonderful hotel, responsible staff and large beds. Amazing and incredible location in Venice, adjacent to the Peggy Guggenheim Museum on that side. Also, near to famous square.

Truly enjoyed Venice, the hotel was wonderful and fantastic convenient to water taxi & lots of restaurants. The triple room we had was fashionable. The breakfast was nice with cheese and ham, perfect to start our day.

The staff were helpful and competent, nothing too much trouble. The hotel exceeded high expectations, I definitely coming here again.

Everything there was amazing and the staff were responsible and excellent. The food was freshly made with lots of choice! The location was particularly good very close to San Marco. Popped in Snack Bar San Vidal for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue.

We had a triple room, which was compact and modern. The bathroom was fairly clean, included a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet.

Everything was really good during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its perfect location right by other attractions, the grand canal, a major canal bridge, and a really nice square with cafes, and Vaporetto. The stay was good.

This was a perfect stay even for a short visit. The hotel had an easy location in front of the Accademia. Besides, it was just off the grand canal, restaurants, and Foresteria Levi.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. The staff is welcoming, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. Plus, the location is brilliant and awesome, minutes from a satellite gallery. There are several bars and restaurants in the area.

It was not far from bacino Orseolo. There were comfortable beds and climate control and a writing desk in the queen room. In addition, free Wi-Fi was handy. Perfect place for a 2-night stay:)))

It deserves its 2 stars. Huge rooms, public parking. Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. In the evening we visited A Beccafico, set right next to the hotel. It offers amazing services too.
