The double room was functional, it had a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. The breakfast was very very good and had a huge variety of options.

The breakfast had variety of options and coffee and pastries were great.

It was a marvellous and fab location for us, so close to Rialto Bridge, the nice district with a lot of shops, and San Marco, a mere 6-minute walk.

Perfect and excellant position in all areas that is rubbish, in the good area. A decent size and functional room and spotlessly clean bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower. A wide range of fab food at breakfast time.

The location was marvellous, staff were always polite.

Fab stay, we were there for 3 days. Original and little hotel, kind staff, thoroughly enjoyed the stunning location not far from the Grand Canal/Rialto Bridge and the water bus stop. The service was good with a quiet atmosphere. Besides, the parking was nearby.

The venue was original and quiet little, I appreciated the location near to the Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square and other' must see' sights, and roof top views. I booked a room with a fine bed, a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating. The location was amazing, next door to Saint Mark's Square.

Clean accommodation, very, very nice staff on the reception desk. A great selection of food at breakfast, such as coffee and pastries. Marvellous and unbeatable location for visiting pubs and cafés. 15 km from Marco Polo airport.

We had a double room room with a nice decor - it was compact. The location was lovely and exceptionally nice, not far from the train station or the bus station pizzale Roma, and all main Venice attractions.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The location was great, relatively close to a Baroque marble palace. The property was set in a good area. My room facing the roof top was neat and new-fashioned.

I was upgraded to elegant and magnificent suite with nice clean bathroom. The location in a good area was marvellous and fab and there were a shopping street and a market nearby.

The location was unbeatable, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. San Marco district was worth exploring. Well decorated and functional room with a very cheap minibar, tea/coffee and a comfortable bed, I had everything needed.

Original place overall, it is fairly clean, location is fab in San Marco area. The rooms here are new-fashioned and functional with a balcony.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to many tourist locations. Moreover, it's close to a mere 6-minute walk, and all the main attractions Venice has to offer.

Really lovely stay, as always. Amicable staff and excellent value and romantic place. Perfect and lovely location for Venice, next to the rialto bridge and nearby many restuarants and the city centre. Also, close to Rialto station. Very good service with DELICIOUS cooking.

The room is compact, comes with the bathroom and complimentary drinks plus dilapidated condition. The location is particularly good and fab, relatively close to a grand showpiece square. The airport is 15 km away.

Compact and modern units for a childs bed. Very central location, relatively close to a satellite gallery. Walking distance to shopping streets and a market across the street.

I had compact, decent sized room complete with ceiling showing signs of water damage and a childs bed. The breakfast was very very good with warm crispy croissants; and the staff was friendly.

Had lovely stay on a business trip. Location: the hotel was so close to canal front eateries, other' must see' sights, and the Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square and other 'must see' sights. Plus it was 10 mins drive from bacino Orseolo. Loved the double room I had with a recently remodeled closet, lovely shower, for instance.

Coffee and pastries were a stand out. The setting of hotel was great, very close to the centre. San Marco district was worth visiting.

The hotel is quirky, nestled in a very good building with a peaceful location. The ambience of the venue is quiet and the staff is accommodating.

Views are quite bad.

400 feet away there is ristorante florida, where you can dine. in general, the hotel was very clean. the location was great, nothing bothered me.

We were welcome by the friendly staff. Quiet location, normal prices. If you don't want to go far from the hotel, try Da Mamo, which is 200 ft away.
