The breakfast had a wide array of exceptional options, and was amazing and sensational. The property's location was marvellous and stunning, in a quiet area.

Incredible and magnificent location 25 min walk to downtown. Nestled minute walk from restaurants and bars. Next to a gondola station.

Ideal small hotel with lovely views on the Canal Grande or in the garden. Stunning location in front of all the main attractions and extremely friendly and amicable staff. And a couple of blocks away from Basilica of st Mary of Health.

Had very nice stay during our visit. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away. We had a comfortable bedroom. The staff were very helpful and excellent, gave us great tips. Stunning and fantastic location, the breakfast was nice with danish pastery, mimosas and wonderful view over the Grand Canal.

The bedroom was quiet and elegant. The beds with hypoallergenic pillows were large. Central location so close to water taxi as well as the Grand Canal from the main part of Venice, it was in a new area. Dorsoduro district was worth staying in.

The breakfast was marvellous and excellent with wonderful view over the Grand Canal; the staff was excellent. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the restaurant as well as the bellboys and the cleaning personal as well as the very nice Dorsoduro neighborhood- next to Guggenheim. I found Osteria al Squero offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Simply perfect and tranquil location to the Accademia bridge over in a very very nice area.

I booked a spacious and airy room with a view of the canal. The breakfast was marvellous and sensational, had a great selection of food. The staff were efficient and excellent with any request.

Standard king room with every amenities. The location was unbeatable and incredible - minute walk from restaurants and bars. Only 20 minutes walk from Venice centre. Very very nice zone, next to a gondola station.

A very very nice area, perfect and tranquil location next to interesting attractions like Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Grand Canal from the main part of Venice and the restaurant as well as the bellboys and the cleaning personal. Nearby Bar Longhi - great place to chill out.

The stay was absolutely perfect. Stayed for 4 nights, the hotel was luxurious and spotlessly clean, it had perfect location on the grand canal. The standard room was new-fashioned and had a surprisingly good bathroom. The staff members were caring and knowledgeable.

Had the superior king room which was airy with a private terrace. A personal safe, air conditioner, and a minibar were standard, but I really enjoyed that.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were huge with a view, everything was perfect. The location was unbeatable and stunning, for example, Saint Mark's Square was within easy walking distance of the hotel. Next to a gondola station, exactly what I wanted.

Overall it was a wonderful stay for a romantic Venice visit...

it has romantic and luxurious rooms with a work desk, a multi-channel tv and a seating area. the breakfast was delicious and marvellous, we enjoyed lots of meals. the location is spectacular and awesome, on the other side of the st mark square which require € 2 to cross by boat or a long walk across the bridge. offers excellent service and appetising food.

Being within easy reach of dorsoduro and in front of the bridge of sighs. Thank you for a LOVELY stay.
