Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri

Everything was excellent from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and gorgeous room. The staff was good and adorable from the moment we arrived. The breakfast spread was good with charcuterie were amazing and amazing view, for example. The location in a busy area was marvellous and stunning.

Stayed here for 2 days, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was overall clean with magnificent location on the private water taxi from the Marco Polo Airport.

The staff - some of them were not particularly friendly.

The stay was relaxing. The breakfast was gorgeous, the staff was very polite, the grounds were spotless. It was so close to all major sights and water taxi from airport, great location overall.

The hotel itself was damaged, but it had incredible and welcoming staff. We had a large bedroom. Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was excellent. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Disappointing aspect was a little tired bathroom.

Stayed here during our trip, it was a good experience. The breakfast was lovely with pancakes and omelettes, for instance, the restaurant was top-notch. The service provided there was excellent. The location was marvellous, 0.5 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable.

The venue was little and absolutely charming, I liked the stay and the location was awesome right by the Piazza San Marco, the water taxi to the airport which the front desk person organized and restaurants, shopping, canal and sites. This hotel met expectation in every way, can't recommend highly enough.

The hotel was comfortable, we would recommend. We really good spend 4 nights in Venice. The location was great and stunning, to a different ferry, convenient to go everywhere. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Wine Bar Hk.

The room is reasonably large and compact and essentials you need, including a safe, a mini bar, and central heating, is right there.

Wonderful place overall, it is reasonably clean, location is excellent and stunning so close to the main square. The staff is outstandingly accommodating, superfriendly. As for me the food is lovely, and they have a good choice of meals. Definitely coming here again, because I had an unforgettable stay and did not want to leave there.

Great and amazing location to all major sights in San Marco, and large bedrooms. A personal safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar available in the junior suite. What an incredible and welcoming staff.

The excellent staff helps you in any way. The breakfast variety is large with meats and omelettes and plates filled to the brim with pancakes, welcoming service.

The staff was good and adorable and always greeted us. The location was awesome, close enough to the gondolas, Bridge of Sighs and a private water taxi from the station/airport. San Marco district was worth staying in.

The provided service was helpful. The location was great and stunning, next to Close to transport, St Marco square and restaurants and shops, in a busy area. We ordered lunch at Osteria da Alberto, located next door to the venue.

The hotel was special with magnificent views and a beautiful location close to Zaccaria station. Lots of large breakfast items to choose from.

Everyone who works in the hotel is affable and outstandingly accommodating. All in all they offer terrific service.

Our room was huge and fairly quiet with all bathroom facilities made for such a purpose, great view plus dining table and met every demand. The staff were lovely and welcoming, gave us great tips.

Satisfactory selection for breakfast with pancakes and charcuterie where amazing and an optimal quality. Marvellous and stunning location as only 5 minutes to a grand showpiece square. And close enough to very good restaurants as well as restaurantes. Simply no reason to complain, excellant stay🙂

I was satisfied with spotless rooms complete with a balcony, a shower and a four-poster bed.

Our stay here was enjoyable, comfortable base for exploring Venice. Welcoming service, though a few employees were not particularly friendly. It had magnificent location with access to Saint Mark's Square nearby.

Everything was excellent, polite staff made our stay really great! A mini bar fridge, air conditioner and a private safe were available in our deluxe queen room. A bath in the bathroom was a plus. The location was marvellous and fab, for example, a grand showpiece square was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The location was fab and optimal - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The service was terrific, loved it. The experience was really good, would like to stay here on the next trip.

Couldn't find any faults at all!

The location was great, nothing bothered me. Here I could visit the bridge of sighs that was right by the hotel.
