Exceptional place with caring staff. Unbeatable location in a relatively quiet area just off a water bus stop a couple of minutes walk away, is a must see and getting lost in Venice's magical charm. Well laid out and well-appointed rooms with comfy beds and great view, amazing breakfast. Elegant atmosphere and very modern decor.

Recommend to everyone. A work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a TV set with satellite channels in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Marvellous location in an amazing area right by the Rialto bridge through Mercato Rialto, Marco Polo and Venice in January.

I liked staying at this hotel, and would recomand. Particularly good location right on the canal with a water bus stop a couple of minutes walk away, all was nice. San Polo district was worth visiting.

The breakfast was exceptional with sparkling wine and view on the grand canal and good scrambled eggs, and the restaurant was great. Its marvellous, very central location was a plus.

The hotel was clean, facilities were nice, magnificent location really close to Venice in January for a short break, the Rialto Mercato ferry stop, and everything, including the water buses and airport transit.

The location was marvellous for me, in cool area. Went to Easy Bar for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the hotel. The rooms were top-class and fashionable, they come with the most comfortable bed, a complementary bottle, a fabulous wiew.

Well-appointed rooms with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows. A good choice of facilities such as: iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making equipment. All in all excellent and fantastic location, adjacent to almost a centre of Venice and out of the way. Easy walk to a landmark bridge.

It was clean with very very helpful and attentive staff from the Front Desk to Breakfast service. The accommodation had a central location right on the canal near the Rialto. The food was outstanding, had plenty of options.

Had very comprehensive and good hot breakfasts with THE view to Grand Canal as well. The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was elegant throughout the hotel.

We really enjoyed to spend 2 days in superior double room. The breakfast was hot, wonderful with muffins and fruit. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was great!

The rooms here are air conditioned and high-class with a view of ca' d'oro. The location is excellent and perfect, in the maze of roads in Venice.

The location was perfect and excellent for walking around an ornate footbridge. The staff were incredibly polite and the wake up service and ironing were free of charge. The breakfast offered was delicious with prosecco and views of the canal, as example, couldn't have asked for more.
