We had a modern superior room with comfortable beds, amazing view and good air conditioning.

It was a good small hotel with fantastic friendly staff. The standard room was stylish. The venue's location was excellent, not far from the historic center, several attractions, restaurants and a supermarket as well as restaurants and supermarket.

Its staff are kind and courteous, I loved it.

Pleasant and wonderful place with affable staff and excellent location on lagoon. Plenty of perfect food for meals. Smooth check-in, parking onsite.

Brilliant and perfect accommodation. Incredible central location and competent staff. At 0.5 km distance from the airport. Generous sized unit in good condition. Tasty croissants, chocolate, and cheese in the morning.

We had the standard room which was spotless and new-fashioned.

Had a very nice experience staying at the superior queen room. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my private bathroom. Incredible central location right by Burano/Murano/Torcello, the real Venice, and to vaporetto. There was Nevodi very close to the hotel.

Great setting, close to Allilaguna express and Chiesa di San Giorgio Maggiore. Comfy bedroom.

It offered us unbeatable and brilliant location not far from a vaparetto stop or the main attraction of Piazza San Marco as well as the Giardini, the two main venues for the Biennale.

Stayed for 3 nights in this adorable and excellent place, really enjoyed that. Everyone was lovely and the room was amazingly comfortable and exceptional. Its location was brilliant, close enough to supermarkets, the airport/bus terminals and a boat stop. I checked out a Gothic church, that was set around 10-15 minutes walk from the property. Nothing too much trouble, the venue exceeded high expectations, can just recommend it.

The hotel had a central position adjacent to the restaurants and bars and restaurants. Plus, I was not too far from a cathedral church.

We had a very good 3 nights stay. The breakfast meal was excellant with yoghurt and good coffee. The location was peaceful and easy, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a quaint bookshop. The area was nice quiet very close to square of Saint Mark, the Arsenale water bus and vaporetto and supermarkets.

The restaurant was magnificent and the food was delicious. Every employee we encountered was superfriendly and accommodating. The location was great and incredible - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The hotel was absolutely great and excellent and in a central location next to Close to a park for walks, the main canal, and San Marco and the Biennale gardens. Also, we were approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Doge's Palace.

The staff was very polite, good service. The superior room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was well-designed.

Reasonably priced food, very good service and wonderful view of the bay from the bay. Very very good selection at breakfast including breads, cereal, fruit and cheese. Lovely friendly stuff, fantastic location away from main tourist area. Based near to the city center as well as arsenal and giardini vaporetto stops.

Unbeatable and super setting in the fairly nice area, just off the restaurants off Via Garibaldi, and the canal with great views, and nice hustle and bustle around.

Everything is really good, I thoroughly enjoyed it. All the rooms are large with amazing view and the staff is amazingly nice! The location of the hotel is excellent, really close to the main tourist locations, the Arsenale vaporetto stop and a short walk to St Marco, and many restaurants and attractions. Castello is a district that deserves exploring. The bar is great. Thank you very much, you are amazing!

Spent our time lovely in this lovely small and absolutely fantastic hotel. The location was good, close to the Arsenale water taxi, with a nice view. Moreover, it's really close to supermarket, and the restaurants off Via Garibaldi.

Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Venice. I had great 4-night stay here! The location was wonderful, you can visit Via Garibaldi by walking. This hotel was in a very quiet area near vaporetto stop Arsenale, the St Marc square, and the water bus to-and-from the airport. The staff was excellent, offered concierge service and wake up service free of charge. The breakfast was very very good, they offered bread, cereals, fruit and cheese.

The breakfast offered was excellent with good coffee and fresh fruits, as for instance.

The rooms were large in general, in good condition. Loved the Venetian decor it had.

Stayed for 3 nights and was impressed by this cheap hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and affable as well, would book here again. The team provided an excellent service and the room was reasonably large with great views. The breakfast was sensational with all fresh croissants, nothing too much trouble. The location was great and stunning - ease of access to Riva dei Sette Martiri.

Fairly clean place with knowledgeable and hospitable staff and fantastic view of the bay. Attractive rooms and down pillows. Easy, handy location very near boat stop from airport. Also - just next door to the Grand Canal, St Mark's Square and the lagoon.
