It is modern venue in a lovely location in the lagoon, the services it offers are exceptional. The breakfast is freshly cooked and the staff is very amiable.

The breakfast was rich and fresh with excellent variety. Our beautifully decorated and new-fashioned room had a fridge, central heating and television. The location was good and amazing in a green area, very close to St Marco square, central Venice, and a future park.

Location: the hotel was close to water bus, the Grand Canal, and the center of StMarco. The room I got was modern, complete with an AC, a computer, for example, enjoyed it: )

The room itself was great-sized and nicely decorated with comfortable chairs, a computer, for example. The location was lovely and amazing in a natural area, close enough to airport, the park next to the Marina, and an island in Venice.
