Our location was absolutely perfect to all the transport links. And we were near to the train station which was a huge plus and located on the canal and the main tourist attractions.

The staff were attentive, thanks to them everything was nice. The breakfast was extensive and delicious with the incredible view, with fab food.

The venue was newly remodelled, I really enjoyed the location so close to train / boat station, and canal views. Professional staff team at the Check-out, the rooms were brand-new. The location was peaceful, right on the banks of the canal, and my bed was very clean. Furthermore, the hotel was not very far from landscaped gardens. I had an appetising meal at the attached restaurant.

The staff are competent and the room is brand-new with a partial view of the water.

The location was handy, we appreciated to be walk from a train station. A waterway and a park were walk from the hotel. The service was very good, it had a wonderful attached restaurant.

The location was decent and easy, not far from most attractions including St Marks Square, bus station and Venice in future. Plus, the hotel was situated around 10-15 minutes walk from a wide canal. Appreciated the attached restaurant at night-service.

Had a really nice stay here during our trip. Wonderful venue, magnificent location right by other public transportation leaving the island, a maze, and the Ponte Scalzi, greatly enjoyed our stay. Had double room with sofa and wake-up service was available in it. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable, offered excellent services.

The location was quiet - ease of access to a historic canal bridge. It was brand-new, extremely pleasant and with a shower.

The place was immaculately clean, I booked the double room with canal views, everything was fantastic. I appreciated the room and its nice decor. A hair dryer, a bidet and dressing gowns were available there.

The venue is brilliant and luxurious, its location is strategic, just next door to Venice, the bus station and water taxis. Cannaregio district won't disappoint you. The double room is luxurious and spotless. Great to have a safe, a mini bar and an electronic key card. In fact, there is free internet.

My 1 night in Venice were very good! Decent team, they made me feel welcome. The location was marvellous and best possible, for example, a main street was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. I was pleased with very good service. Easy check-in was a bonus.

Everything was perfect, yet we stayed for 1 night only. Our rooms were amazing with balcony, good view and good breakfast. Walk from a train station, the location was magnificent and stunning, near the station. Cannaregio district was worth visiting. You guys made our stay really lovely.

I spent our time here lovely. The staff members were all pleasant and efficient. I had a comfy bed, and a private safe, an air conditioning and a mini-bar. I went to a good restaurant and liked the Italian dishes.

We visited that hotel before and we really enjoyed location and the food. We had a chance to visit piazza san marco, set within 15 minutes’ walk. The beds were comfortable in our room.

Excellent location in the vicinity of Canal Grande. The room faced the canal. The view from the window was fantastic!
