Marvellous location to the Grand Canal in a market area. Airy and large units available with high water and balconies. Brilliant food.

It was lovely place for overnight stay. The personnel was willing to help and they provided a very good service. My breakfast was savoury with hot food offered.

Loved the stay, it was very good in winter. The location was central, close enough to 'touristy' areas, both san marco square and rialto bridge and historical attractions, restaurants, and the canals. Moreover, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from National Football Museum.

Clean and romantic place, outstandingly accommodating staff.

The position of the hotel was great and lovely, close to most attractions. Got well heated room with view.

The shower had no pressure and it was inconvenient.

Free continental breakfast with fresh pastry and espresso made to order, as example. Magnificent and fab location really close to the center and Piazza Sant Marco, Close to all main attractions, and incredible eateries in a shopping area. Besides, very convenient to an enclosed bridge.

We only stayed 1 night, but the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for us. The breakfast was savoury with freshly baked pastry, tea & Coffee, Juices.

Everything was perfect, including pretty friendly staff with this receptionist. The hotel was in the very central setting to everything we could get to everywhere we wanted to be within minutes of walking.

Romantic and clean place, AMAZING view on the hills. The restaurant was really nice, with spectacular view of one of the most beautiful channels.

The location was great, to all the main tourist attractions overlooking the canal. The staff was willing to help with any questions or requests. The bedroom was good sized and airy.

The accommodation had a very central location next to a wonderful kitchen supply store. The staff was willing to help all the time. The double room was reasonably large and well heated where the free wi-fi was speedy.

The shower had no pressure, it kinda bothered us.

Offers absolutely perfect and magnificent location in an interesting area. The airport is 0.5 km away, easy to get to. They offer nice cosy, fancy rooms with drink in the evening and high water.

Marvellous location short walk to a scenic canal, main shops and san marco and lots of restaurants nearby as well as a bank with an ATM and the Rialto Bridge and San Marco square.

Would stay here again, loved its unbeatable location. It's a lovely place for an overnight stay. Staff are incredibly attentive and don't miss their shuttle to the airport.

The hotel's staff where wonderful and lovely all the time. My superior double room with balcony, venetian Style, for example was beautiful and breathtaking.

It was airy, new-fashioned and with terrace. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Scala Contarini del Bovolo. In general the service was good. I only stayed 2 nights, however the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

Location: great and lovely, just next door to a big canal, that give u possibility to take taxi or gondola, and out of the main people places. Well heated room with pleasant views on the hills.

All in all everything was great, had an awesome stay on our holiday in Italy. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, you can visit Scala Contarini del Bovolo by walking.

My room had very very bad view.

The breakfast was free with a wide range of food, everybody can choose. There was a comfy bed in the well-appointed and extremely pleasant room, I slept very well.

I had queen room with windows overlooking the canal and exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and check in was easy. They offered a good choice of options for continental breakfast. This hotel had a very central position on the Grand Canal.

Ideal base for discovering Venice with superfriendly staff with this receptionist. The most important - great location to Roilto station.

The location was perfect and magnificent, just next door to all touristy, Right next to a scenic canal and taxi / bus stops, in a shopping area. My breakfast was free with pastries and pan cakes.

The staff is accommodating and the rooms are huge and airy. It offers good services. Besides, they have good wi-fi. It boasts a marvellous location; just off San Marco square, all tourist attractions and the centre.

The continental breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was savoury.

Delightful and clean place to stay in, it has kind and informative staff with this receptionist. The superior queen room is enjoyable, we also really enjoyed good views.

Awesome breakfast, bright king room. Very comfy beds and a personal safe, air conditioning and a mini bar. Good area, very central location adjacent to Centauro, airport as seniors and St Mark's Square. Easy check-in, efficient check-out.

We had superior double room to ourselves with terrace, venetian Style and a balcony. Really enjoyed the nice interior. The location was stunning, at a short distance from a main street. And it was also adjacent to San Marco, eateries and the three main bridges.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly friendly.

The location was stunning for walking around Doge's Palace. Further, it was just off the Rialto Bridge, the centre of the tourist spots and supermarket. The breakfast was astonishing with espresso made to order, all the food was brilliant!

The stay here was lovely in night during our stay. The location was magnificent and awesome, just a short walk away from a wide canal. Visited few places in the centre, within walking distance of the hotel...

The staff were not so friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from a cathedral church.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was good base for exploring Venice, truly enjoyed it. The restaurant was located within 800 feet. We had a canal view from our room: )

All in all, I spend my time nicely. The property has a GOOD location.
