Pleasant staff, great and amazing breakfast with watered down orange juice and many different food options. Comfortable bedroom. Location - good adjacent to the centre, the main areas and San Marco and Rialto. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

New-fashioned single room, exceptionally comfortable beds.

Pleasant and perfect hotel, amicable staff, really enjoyed the beautiful location really close to the Vaporetto stops and the train station. Both rooms we booked were nicely furnished with coffee facility, a sofa bed plus a beautiful garden view, the stay was very lovely. The ambience felt really quiet and the service was great.

The classic room I got was complete with TV, a sofa bed and coffee facility.

Everything was really good, excellent location so close to the sea as well as main square, affable staff. The breakfast of our place was savoury and very good with many different food options, really enjoyed it.

The location is marvellous and beautiful and next to the San Marco square and vaporetto station. Castello district is worth looking into. I have stayed in the single room with tea and coffee facility.

The room was brand-new and neat included an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and an air conditioning. Btw, it was overlooking street. The location was magnificent near main tourist destination, near a byzantine shipyard.

Make sure you stay in the classic queen room with tv. It has good and fab location to see a Gothic church.

The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to St Marks square, and restaurants, shops. The units were air conditioned and the staff were exceptional and pleasant people at the night shift.

The setting was quite particularly good and perfect within easy reach of a byzantine shipyard. This hotel was in a charming area just next door to the airport via the Alilaguna at Arsanale and the ferry terminals.

By and large, it was unique base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met extremely friendly and gentle staff at the night shift. I had the triple room which was nicely furnished and extremely pleasant with a beautiful garden view.

The location was particularly good and perfect for walking around a byzantine shipyard. The hotel was in a charming area, not far from the tourist attractions and three restaurants which might be. Pleasant staff at the night shift and the room was comfortable QUIET.

It was easy to get to piazza san marco and the bridge of sighs was also so close to this place. We enjoyed al nuovo teson. San Polo district was worth staying in. Even the Marco Polo airport was not so far.
