Thanks very much guys for a wonderful stay for 5 nights. The units were huge with a queen bed or a king bed.

A work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in my triple room. The staff was super the entire time.

The staff - some of them were quite rude.

The staff was pleasant and outstandingly accommodating, the breakfast offered was satisfactory with lots of food.

Got the same triple room booked online with fresh bedding, perfect decor plus tablet.

Travelled with my husband, spent 3 nights here and had a very comfortable stay. Its staff was kind and courteous. The room was stunning, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was a spotless bathroom. The location was brilliant, around 10-15 minutes walk from Cannaregio. Also, the area was great. I stayed for weekend and will be back.

We had a standard double room with an individual safe, air conditioner, and a coffee/tea maker. A bathtub in the exceptionally clean bathroom was super awesome. The vibe here was elegant.

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were not polite.

Good sized units with 2 single beds, tea, for example, wonderfully friendly employees. Wonderful, perfect location to the main areas of Venice. Besides, easy to get to an enclosed bridge.

Comfortable bed in the superior queen room, plus a safe box, central heating, and a coffee/tea maker. Very good functional bathroom. Super central position central to all the main attractions with charming views. Again, walking distance to a historic bridge.

The hotel was situated in the super central location on a canal. Got standard queen room with tea, fresh bedding and perfect decor as expected.

Property was gorgeous, with kind staff and stunning location near the St Mark's square. We stayed in a stunning standard double room with tea or coffee, the bedroom and a king bed.

The location was perfect, and we could reach a cathedral church by walking. The staff from start to finish were efficient and knowledgeable. The food in the dining room was fab.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Immaculately clean and romantic place, savoury and great breakfast with variety of options. Great meal and good service. Excellent and fantastic location, just a short stroll away from an ornate footbridge. Based short walk to the winding maze of Venice and an arch called Sotoprtego Dei Dai.

Amazing location to tourist spots, pleasant staff, everything was perfect. The room was huge and quiet, provided us in terms of decorations, it was a really nice stay all in all. The service was terrific and the food was fabulous.

Everything was perfect, amazing location right by st Marks square and Rialto bridge, the centre of Venice and the main sights in Venice on foot, pleasant staff. Had huge room with all facilities, and I couldn't ask for more.

Really enjoyed staying at the triple room with the pictures on the site as well as three windows. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was freshly made. The location for Venice was unbeatable and super, near to San Marco, beautiful boutiques and restaurants all around and all the great sights of Venice.

We were in a brilliant location within walking distance of a cathedral church. Distance to the airport was just 15 km.

The place is exceptionally comfortable and tidy, it offers tasty breakfast and brilliant location to everything in Venice. The venue is right in the heart of the town. Also, it is near to Saint Mark's square, the train station and many restaurants and bonus.

This hotel offers good location just off the historic city center, the gondolas were, and nicer restaurants. San Marco district is worth seeing.

The room was cheap and looked huge. The location was marvellous and decent, within walking distance of Zattere.

We can recommend this hotel. Only 5 min walk to downtown. For lunch or dinner go to Dragone D'oriente Srl, located short walk from the venue.

planned to see venice major attractions and it was fabulous base for visiting all of them. greatly enjoyed the standard king room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. worth its 3 stars.

It was a bonus for us to stay within 15 minutes’ walk from piazza san marco. Grand Canal district was worth visiting...

Breakfast was lovely and available in the morning. To go to rialto bridge it will take you 20 min walking. It's worth staying here and exploring Grand Canal district: )
