Courteous staff and amazing location on a cruise-great transport links, everything was great. They gave us a classic double room with twin beds.

Everything was excellent, including knowledgeable and best staff on reception desk. We had a pretty nice bedroom. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath. The view of the canal was marvellous, as well as very central location really close to bus/train station, a picturesque canal in old Venice and the station, bus terminal.

This place is nicely appointed because of the the best location and the canal views.

First-rate and immaculately clean place, everything was perfectly fine. Highly professional staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Overall it was great value and well-equipped, with a private bathroom. We had an extensive breakfast at courtyard, the food was good. The location was absolutely perfect and the best for getting around, as the train station was near the hotel.

The venue is charming old and exceptional, its location is unbeatable, short walk to gondola rides, the monorail, airport shuttles, water buses, and port of venice. I liked very helpful personnel that ensures guests have a perfect stay. The breakfast includes outstanding food, such as cereal, cakes, pastries, yoghourt, and eggs. It offers very good services.

Everything was great, top-notch service, amazing location next to Venice, the the train station and Rialto Bridge, P. The staff were happy to help, every need of guests is catered for. Got classic queen room with a balcony when arrived, loved that. The breakfast was top exactly as I hoped, with juice, sausage and yogurt.

The bedroom was brand-new and compact. Plentiful and reasonable breakfasts with tastes for everyone, thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were happy to help and the service was great.

The units are romantic, beautifully maintained. The beds are extremely comfy, the breakfast is plentiful and reasonable. It has fantastic and magnificent location near the train station.

The venue was wonderful small and stylish, I really enjoyed the location near to the canal close to the train station as well as the train station, bus terminal and the vaporetto, and canal views. The staff were happy to help, very quick check-in and the room was nicely furnished and romantic. The breakfast was plentiful, had lots of food like cereals, cakes, pastries, yoghourt, and eggs.

The room was a nice size, it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The staff was knowledgeable and best and gave some great recommendations. The personnel were happy to help, very good service. In addition, parking was nearby.

Tbh, had a very very good stay for 2 nights here. The staff was highly professional, kept everything impeccably clean and perfectly fine. I enjoyed looking at the canal from the window of the classic queen room. The breakfast was good hot and extensive in the courtyard. Near a train station, the location was absolutely perfect. This hotel was in an interesting area.

Liked my perfect 10/10 stay for 2 nights. Knowledgeable and particularly helpful personnel were happy to help with any request. The location was perfect and comfortable, at a short distance from a public museum. You could walk to a supermarket and shops.

Delightful and fairly clean place offers marvellous breakfast and stunning location quite close to the airport Bus & Waterbus stations. The classic queen room is airy and has climate control and a safe box. Nice staff here at reception desk.

The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered excellant dishes. It had very central location close to Oh my Blue.

the place was fairly clean, i booked the classic queen room with canal views, everything was great. the staff were courteous, the breakfast was satisfactory. the room was very lovely, exceptionally comfortable bed. the breakfast food, especially pastries, eggs, cakes and yoghourt was brilliant.

Loved the place, had a very good stay for 2 nights here. Had an extensive and plentiful breakfast with pastries, fresh croissants plus yogurt. The location was marvellous and handy for walking around a 16th-century Roman Catholic church.

Light rooms with a beautiful view, several tables plus lovely style, marvellous location. Good service provided.

Worth its 3 stars. Excellent breakfast options and beautiful view. Room was excellent value for money. Staff seemed friendly. Greatly enjoyed dainties at Majer, it was just walking distance from the hotel.
