Marvellous location and clean facilities.

The food was fab with lots of alternatives. The hotel's location was great, just next door to the main vaporetto stop San Zacharia, the vaporetto stops and water front. Also, I was relatively near a historic fortress.

The property was fairly clean and silent. The staff was outstandingly accommodating & amazingly nice. I had the triple room which was airy and new-fashioned with a terrace. Its location was magnificent, near the water buses and gondolas, a nice shopping street and the hop on bus stop.

Very comfortable stay, extremely convenient and wonderful small place. Hot drinks and tea, pastries, and cheese. Modern double room with a balcony, quiet atmosphere.

Silent, tidy unit with comfortable bed and a relaxing shower plus a balcony. Fantastic, amazing location in the good area.

The bedroom was tidy and bright. The view of city was perfect, as well as very central location close enough to a second ferry and airport. Plus, Buckingham Palace was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Triple room is airy, has a fairly clean bathroom. It has extremely polite staff and boasts pleasant views of street.

The staff were amazingly friendly and superfriendly day and night.

Outstanding food, tea, pastries, and cheese. Very comfy bed in double room with a terrace, a balcony, and a safe box. In a great and stunning location close to restaurants and eateries.

Really kind, extremely great staff towards all guests. Amazing and fantastic location, next to the Vaporetto stops. And adjacent to the water bus, a local coffee shop and all transport links.

I had a such great stay. Overall it was beautiful, with a private bathroom. The staff were amazingly great and very obliging and gave me good recommendations.

Overall it was spotless with efficient airco. Incredible very central location not far from the Piazza San Marco and the main canal, away from the mayhem to the west of St Marks and surrounded by lovely restaurants.

Had a nice time. The triple room I stayed in was modern with comfort bed & toilet. The service was very good, the food was good. The location was incredible and amazing, close to Riva degli Schiavoni. It was located in a tourist area.

My room was bright and brilliant room with a balcony, a great view plus coffee. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square.

Very central location close enough to 40-45 minutes from main parking, the water taxi, and all the main areas, it was in a tourist area. The food was good and the staff were extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating.

The employees are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are spotless and silent with a terrace amazing, and the location is fantastic so close to St Mark's square.

The service was good, including a fast check-in. The triple room was stylish with a terrace, 2 windows, as for instance and the location was particularly good and amazing. The atmosphere created was quiet!

Fairly clean accommodation, amazingly nice stuff. Breakfast with ample coffee, fruit and cheeses. Marvellous location right by the canal's promenade. Based very close to convenient for the water bus connections, train station & airport and hotel's restaurant.

Comfy and silent accommodation with exceptional setting just off Venice, the San Marco square and rail station. Plenty of pastries and cheese at breakfast...

The place was fairly clean, I booked the queen room with street views, everything was perfect. The staff was responsible and accommodating, offered very good services. The whole experience was nice.

Great hotel, excellent service & helpful staff. Satellite television, climate control and a private safe in our king room were realy useful during our stay. Castello district is worth seeing. Recommend for price/quality.
