The rooms are beautifully designed, with lovely bed provided. The location is stunning, it's in Dorsoduro district next to trainstation.

It was in a central setting by lovely family run Restaurants.

Clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was great and just off a local square as well as the Piazza San Marco. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spotless and nice styled room with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and climate control.

It was a romantic and fabulous hotel in a very popular area, just next door to the good bars and restaurants and the cramped canal city.

The staff was superfriendly, the accommodation was fabulous and clean. Double room I stayed at was spotless with balcony. Extras like a mini bar fridge, climate control, and an individual safe were appreciated. The private parking was on site, excellent service.

The hotel is wonderful, nestled in a very nice boutique building with an elegant atmosphere. The staff are absolutely kind and the room is spotless and well-designed in venetian style. The location is great, within easy walking distance of an ornate footbridge. You can relax in bars and restaurants nearby.

The twin/double room overlooks street and includes coffee and tea making facilities, refrigerators, and glassware. Knowledgeable people that welcomes you in. The hotel provides a great service.

Had an enjoyable stay here. We were given a double room with a private bathroom & private balcony, balcony plus a big terrasse. Had convenient and ideal location to the tourist attractions, a short walk from Campo Santa Margherita.

The room was spotless with balcony, the staff were efficient. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were a huge plus. The location was best possible, within walking distance of Museo Leonardo da Vinci.

The rooms are huge and fantastic, the hotel is fabulous. The location is great and awesome - close to a bus stop. There's Lounge Bar Samurai with nice shots right at the venue.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was comfortable base for visiting all of them. I really enjoyed those guys, providing welcoming service.

It was clean and the atmosphere was elegant all around. The staff were superfriendly, everything was great during our stay. The hotel had a great location within walking distance of a soaring Gothic church. There were bars and restaurants next door.

The staff were affable and accommodating and the design was nice. The location was best possible and awesome, relatively close to a wide canal. It was set in a pretty quiet area.

Nice place to stay in Venice, if compared to other hotels. Loved the hotel, its cool location and my spotless and huge room. The view was magnificent, the service was excellent. All the facilities were excellent;))
