Tasty variety at breakfast. Very clean bed, well-maintained and brand-new room with a view of the canal. Perfect and nice location, easy walk to everywhere.

Everything was good, including excellent staff and lovely location very close to all the major sights. Truly enjoyed our rooms with balconies.

Everything was good, amazing location short walk to private water taxi, and the Accademia Bridge where things get less touristy, and more relaxed, competent staff. I booked superior double room overlooking the canal. I had a comfortable bed, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. I have stayed here before, it's still a great value and beautiful little hotel.

Was a superb base for trip. The venue was charming little, I enjoyed the stay and the location was excellent short walk to Raillto bridge in abt 45mins, the Venice Accademia gallery and the Guggenheim and Accademia museums. The breakfast served was more than adequate and nice hot with juices and hot chocolate.

Unusual accommodation, the breakfast was amazing, wonderful location in an area that is more of a local neighborhood than tourist center. Loved the triple room overlooking the canal. The private parking was onsite, terrific service.

The breakfast was more than adequate and good hot with a huge spread, all the food was savoury. The location offered was perfect and magnificent close enough to the Zattere as well as Venice with a family of four.

The location was great, in picturesque area! Plus, it was close to the smaller canals, shared taxis, and Zitelle vaporetto stops.

We ate in the terrific restaurant which served lovely food which was well priced. The location was perfect, you can visit Accademia Waterbus by walking.

The place was chic and fantastic and the staff were exceptional, the location was incredible on a side canal in Dorsoduro near Accademia. We stayed in a recently refurbished and decent sized room that had excellent air-conditioning, a balcony, and a writing desk. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was great.

the location is awesome, 2 km from doge's palace. it has tastefully decorated and silent rooms with a reasonably priced mini-bar, a balcony and modern bathroom to feel comfortable.

Came here for 3 nights with my wife, had a PERFECT 10/10 stay. The room was perfect and immaculate with the kids to sleep and elegant bedrooms plus balcony, had a good night's sleep. Magnificent central location near the Grand Canal and San Marco. I've stayed here before and loved this place.

The hotel itself is classic, we appreciated staff and views. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake;))
