The location was amazing and particularly good, right next to a soaring Gothic church. It was maximum 20 minutes drive to the airport. The staff was pleasant, offered us wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Deluxe double room with great view as well as nicely appointed bathroom was ready when we checked-in.

I loved 2 nights there. Iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a TV were available in my double room. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was early. The shuttle to-and-from the airport was also a good thing. The location of the hotel was ideal, in the taxi t the airport. What's more, it was close to a vaporetto stop, the square, and places of interest.

The location was fantastic for exploring this local area, not far from San Polo as well as the airport and local attractions. The deluxe queen room was new-fashioned and well-designed, perfect for my needs.

The hotel was exquisite and unique and exactly what we needed. Exceptionally kind and outstandingly accommodating staff from one of the owners to the general manager and nothing was trouble for them. We liked a good restaurant with a local menu.

The breakfast was gorgeous with rolls and baked goods, and had all you need. The staff was very helpful and caring and delivered very good service. The location was perfect and comfortable, to St Mark's Square, and the bed great. Besides, it was very close to an alley that leads to the shops, the surrounding areas and two shops called' Calle Corner'.

The hotel was in an exceptional location, to the grand canal. Cafe Niki Bar located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The rooms were elegant and the bathrooms were luxurious. I truly enjoyed enjoyable and lovely breakfast and gorgeous food selection.

It was a stunning location close to the private maze like back entrance, the main areas of the bar and an alley. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.
