Incredible breakfast, lots of options available.

Great view from my neat room. Extremely comfy bed, a mini bar, a safe box, and a hair dryer. Cheap food plus welcoming staff.

The location couldn't be more particularly good to the water buses. There was Albalou in the vicinity, we ate lunch there.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with a minibar and bathroom plus a double bed, which I really appreciated.

Had a nice stay for 2 nights, glad I've chosen it. Everything was perfect as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very tiny. The nice stuff gave good recommendations. The location was marvellous and incredible in the lovely area. There were a bakery and shops around the hotel. It was about 0.5 km from the airport.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a little rude.

Easy to get to, perfect and nice location next to Venice, restaurants and shops and the " the must se " sights. A lot of good food for meals.

We needed a place for one night, everything was good. The room turned out to be practical and tidy with bedroom, a single bed, as for instance. Nonetheless the views were very very bad.

The place was cool and clean. It had nice location, just next door to water bus and gondola, the main tourist area, and the city center near the central square. I was surprised at nearby Bake & Cake, they had some goodies, drinks. I really enjoyed incredible breakfast and good food selection.

Stayed here for one night and can recommend it. The setting was stunning, short walk to another taxi and shops and tourist spots. Moreover, an ornate footbridge was not too far from the place.

I enjoyed the room with a double bed. That hotel was in a particularly good and magnificent location, near all attractions. A cool bonus was Caffe Molinari, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Central position to bring beer from the restaurant with unbelievable views. Based near many good Restaurants and San Marco harbour.

I enjoyed the place, everything was very good. I was surprised with the guest room. The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating people in the night shift, and the location was absolutely perfect. There was a great restaurant, a bakery and shops next door.

This hotel had a central position to the main attraction. A cool bonus was Ostaria al Ponte, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Satisfactory breakfast with a huge variety of options, gorgeous and fairly clean place. Neat and completely renovated room with a double bed and good priced. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Very central location, exceptionally nice and pleasant staff in the night shift.

The location was unbeatable and nice: a bakery and shops were within walking distance. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved San Marco district. They gave us great value for money king room with a double bed.

All in all everything was good, had a fairly nice stay by front desk service. The staff was courteous, the room was practical and neat with a terrace. We appreciated wake-up service available. The location was very central, really close to the very centre of Venice.

So glad that wheelchair accessible room with a single bed and the shower plus 1 bathroom I booked was available.

The property's location is great and magnificent, right by the water bus and gondola rides as well as nice walking to explore the area. The rooms here are practical and spotless with a double bed.

Its location within easy walking distance of a wide canal was perfect and nice.

Tbh, had a good stay for a three week vacation. I had good priced room on top of a wardrobe. Great location so close to St Marks square was a plus. It was also really close to the Piazza San Marco, very close other major sights and museums and basilicas.

An extremely spacious and cheap room provided with storage space and windows with a view plus an extra blanket.

Amazing location by St Marks square, in the nice area. Nearby Ristorante do Forni - great place to chill out. Completely renovated room, functional with clean bathrooms.

Place was clean and cool. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice because it was near the center or Venezia, and all the tourist attractions. Also, tourist destinations and Saint Mark's Square were at a small distance. The extremely helpful staff provided me a real good 2 nights stay. The service was excellent during my stay.

The location is great, 1 km from a cathedral church. And the area is great short walk to the water buses, the "the must se" sights and S. Marco's square. The rooms are completely renovated and practical with bathroom, the shower, as example.

All in all they offer excellent service. It has free Wi-Fi throughout the property to my luck.

Magnificent and handy location very near the main square, good for visiting Venice. Right by Venice and San Marco and Rialto ferry stop. A safe, a mini-bar and central heating in the room and the comfortable bed. Lots of options, exceptional food.

Its location was EXCEPTIONAL, adjacent to Piazza San Marco, Venice.

The location was marvellous and incredible, for example, an ornate footbridge was within walking distance of the hotel. We were given a twin room with a terrace upon arrival. The breakfast was incredible and there was lots of food to choose from.

The hotel of choice in Venice. Good choice for 4 nights with competent and efficient staff on our request for a change of room. Breakfast for 3 stars. Comfortable room with shower, a balcony, for example.

The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable - within walking distance of a byzantine shipyard. Besides, it was so close to many good Restaurants and Venice!

i appreciated to be in this place. i stayed for 4 nights here and had a very comfortable time. the location was incredible, within walking distance of saint mark's square. the hotel was set in a lovely area. double room included a safe, a mini-bar and central heating. the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was spotless.

This hotel is equal to 3 stars. The restaurant was located within 200 feet...

We really enjoyed location and the food, everything was ready for our trip. Such city attractions as grand canal were really close to this hotel. Al Chianti was 10 mins walk away. San Marco neighborhood deserves to be explored❤
