Little hotel overall, is has brilliant service and stunning location in San Polo area. The staff is nice and truly wonderful.

In a hotel like this - bad smell is unacceptable.

Appetising food selection on continental breakfast. Updated classic double room, very comfy beds. Fantastic location with a beautiful view of city.

The hotel is set in a marvellous location next to water taxi and attractions, the train station, bus station and places of interest and tourist points and restaurants. It offers terrific services and has a delicious and amazing breakfast choices.

We booked very nicely furnished superior double room where the breakfast was good and could use wake-up service, available in it. Climate control, a writing table, and a closet space were a bonus.

Our location was magnificent and lovely to the factory.

TBH, the room was quite small, we expected better.

Great location in Venice short walk to all the major attractions, the main square and all the important sites on the island. Also, to the bus & train stations. Appetising food for the continental breakfast.

The hotel's location was central, close enough to everything. Besides, we were adjacent to the airport and the Venezia s Lucia station, St Marco square, and local restaurants and landmarks.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The breakfast was delicious and marvellous with fresh fruit and a very wide assortment of pastries, for instance, so much to pick from. The location was fantastic in a very quiet and nice area, short walk from a bus stop.

I was given functional and good sized room with a nice bathroom, another window overlooking the old fascinating roofs, great coffee. The breakfast options were marvellous. The hotel had a very central location and it was just close to Campo dei Frari.

Delicious breakfast and plenty of goodies. Got beautifully maintained and romantic room with pastries, a very generous size bed, for instance.

The hotel was pleasant, had incredibly beautiful views and excellent location close to All Attractions as well as the maze that is Venice. There were a writing table and a closet space in my superior queen room, loved it.

The room was romantic with incredible views, an air conditioner, a mini-fridge, and a safe box. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the staff were excellent and efficient.

The property is clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is adequate. The room is tastefully decorated and lovely romantic, the locations is stunning. An electric kettle, fridges, and glassware are a nice touch

The location was magnificent, around 10-15 minutes walk from a restored 15th - century palace. There was a popular restaurant, a market and shops next door. The food was delicious - plenty of options.

The location was marvellous and amazing, for example, Saint Mark's Square was within a close distance from the hotel. Moreover, the area was new.

It was very good time in Venice. Every detail of this good small property was great. The staff were excellent and efficient all of the time. In general the service was great.

The location was very central, unbeatable to many great sites. Plus, it was close enough to Venice for 2 nights, the water bus, and Rialto bridge. Large and well renovated room - bed was exceptionally comfortable. The decor here was Venetian.

a bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. the continental breakfast was marvellous, had plenty of options. good service offered in this hotel. the location itself was marvellous and easy, close to a main street. it was also just next door to the center, and san polo.

We were offered a brilliant service. Overall it was fairly quiet and bright with windows to the main alley. The location was marvellous, relatively near a soaring Gothic church.

Superior location, close to Museo Leonardo da Vinci. Only 10 minutes walking to downtown. Delicious breakfast with lots of food options.

The room was romantic and brand-new with mini-bar, a modern bathroom plus another window overlooking the old fascinating roofs, met every demand. The atmosphere created was quiet. It was in a fantastic location a short walk to Campo dei Frari.

Very central location away from the main San Marco square which can be quite lively at night. Short walk to the best restaurant, the nearest cafe and a vaporetto stop. Neat room, a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Continental breakfast with lots of appetising meals to choose from...

Our room was not only elegant, but also fashionable with airconditioning, mini-bar, as for instance. Incredible staff and the location was marvellous and brilliant.

Perfect location close to a gondola station, SUPERB breakfast. Easy walk to st mark's basilica and a 5-minute walk from grand canal.
