the setting was quite good within easy reach of a quaint bookshop. the staff was all superbly friendly and very helpful.

The stuff was very kind, nice all the time. The location was marvellous for walking around an ornate footbridge. It was also just next door to lovely to walk around, the main attractions, best and most affordable locations/area to eat, amazing view points and a back alley...

Everything was great at this hotel, pleasant staff. We stayed in the suite which was immaculate. The property's location was marvellous and awesome close to all amenities.

It is a great and cute property located in Cannaregio district not far from Casa Fornaretto with the provided directions in email, water buses/recommended restaurants, and the main attractions, best and most affordable locations/area to eat, amazing view points. The place provides great prices.
