A short walk to the train station, the location was particularly good. We had triple room, and it was silent in old venecian style. The service was impeccable.

The location was magnificent as a main street and a basilica were minutes walking distance from the hotel. Also, it was minutes walking distance from bars and cafés. The breakfast was lovely and delightful with jam and yoghurts, for example, the best I had in Venice.

Very comfortable stay, little and absolutely fantastic place for overnight stay. Marvelous and excellent breakfast with varied beverages and bread rolls, as example - well worth the money.

Clean place, marvellous service, incredibly hospitable staff. Continental breakfast, amazing food. Stunning location in Cannaregio district close enough to bus station and railway station, two canals that had vapporetti made traveling much faster, and Piazza San Marco, the Gheto, Ferrovia.

Clean place with incredibly hospitable staff members and street views. Gorgeous and marvelous breakfast, lots of options available. Magnificent location, in a lively area. Based just next door to the Vaporetto stops, shops, coffee, cakes, views wine and the railroad station as well as the bus station. A very enjoyable stay for three nights.

All in all they offer exceptional service. The breakfast choices are lovely and delightful with hot chocolate, croissants, yoghurts. Please let the particularly helpful staff know of our gratefulness for a perfectly pleasant stay. It has magnificent, amazing setting, very close to the train station, restaurants, gondolas, Vaporetto transfer, and central Venice.

The hotel location was excellent and stunning is really good located in the Cannareggio neighborhood in the historic district. The staff helped us and were attentive.

The location was great and incredible, close to water bus stop, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, we were just next door to several cafes, trattorias and ostarias, the Strada Nova and the bus station at the entrance of Venice. Thoroughly enjoyed our king room with drinks, deodorant, as example.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect to get to the Main Square. All of the staff was incredibly hospitable and very honest.

The location was very central, stunning down bridges lost. It was also adjacent to shops, cafes and restaurants, and Venice on Sunday the 6 March.

It was incredible base for an overnight stay. Thanks to an excellent service I had an excellent stay. The location for Venice was marvellous and fantastic, short walk to railway as well as the bus station at the entrance of Venice. Also, Palazzo Labia wasn’t far.

We were offered delightful continental breakfast with nice cakes, cheese plus varieties of coffee.

It was not far from the bridge, the main train station, close to all the main attractions and shops, cafes bars, absolutely perfect location overall.

Particularly good location perfect for us, it was a short walk to the train station. The triple room we stayed in was silent with ac working.

My double room was available with climate control, luggage storage, and a small refrigerator. The staff was really kind and nice and around most of the time. The service was excellent during all my quite comfortable stay. Great and fantastic location near to the cruise terminal, I felt safe. Also, a stone arch bridge was around the corner.

The staff were very welcoming and incredible and kept the place fairly clean. The triple room was silent with air conditioning and luggage storage.

Booked the hotel for its magnificent location just next door to train/bus station and water taxis, trainstation and reasonable restaurants. The breakfast was lovely and marvelous with varied beverages, amazing food. Very honest and respectful staff who were always there to help.

Our double room was silent, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable and awesome, for example, a landmark bridge was not too far from the hotel. And it was also next to bus stations, Venice and the Guglie bridge.

Little and stunningly beautiful place with EXCELLENT service. Location - marvellous and fantastic, close enough to train station and ferry point, shops, restaurants, market, and everything-train station. Really relaxing base for an overnight stay.

It made our trip to Venice an enjoyable experience. We were travelling to Venice for one night. It had central location close to Palazzo Labia. Continental breakfast was a nice touch.

i loved it, have never been in a better hotel. everything was perfect, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. the staff team was amicable and knowledgeable. the location was awesome, very close to train station.

Everywhere there was overall clean. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable.

Stayed in luxurious double room with AC and good shower. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fabulous! Really enjoyed perfect and charming hotel, we would definitely return here.

Recommend for price/quality. Being right by Ristorante al Gazebo was nice, we had dinner there. Besides, the property had free Wi-Fi.
