The hotel was fairly clean and the location was excellent and perfect in the heart of Venice. Our twin room was equipped with an iron with ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment.

Plentiful breakfast for all tastes with champagne. Extremely spacious rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service.

The property is unique and stylish and the staff is outstandingly accommodating. Plus, the location is incredible, minutes from Thomas Cubitt Statue.

The staff were extremely helpful and very amiable every time I needed help.

The location was incredible by water bus from the airport and the staff here was affable. The room was gorgeous, and immaculate, with a safe, a minibar, and central heating I needed.

Everything was simply fabulous. That was well appointed hotel set in super cute area, not far from S. Angelo water taxi, St Mark's Square, and all landmarks one might want to see. The entire staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The room was immaculate and luxurious with central heating, an electronic key card, and a coffee/tea maker available. The breakfast was plentiful with champagne, worth the price.

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a perfect experience. Everyone from the staff was very friendly. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, with Ristorante San Trovaso nearby, where we could eat.

Make sure you stay in the suite with the view of the river. The location is marvellous and incredible, a 10-15 minute walk from a grand opera house.

Its location was central, metres from a satellite gallery.

Location: marvellous, short walk to water bus from the airport, and St Mark's Square. A wide array of food options within walking distance of the venue. Luxurious twin room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms with a bidet.
