Tastefully decorated room with view to the channal-which is very beautiful. Varied breakfast with a wide range of meals. Perfect, unbeatable location in Cannaregio district just next door to the water taxi as well as a restaurant next door.

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was wonderful with bacon and eggs and bacon, as for instance. It was in a particularly good and unbeatable location minutes away from Chiesa di San Zulian Church.

Handy and convenient location to all the major sites. Just off the Ponte dell'Accademia, the nearby bridge and near to water bus station Rialto at Grand Canal. Beautiful old building and rooms with free wifi a bonus.

Its location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, in the center, and in a very nice area. Cannaregio district was worth staying in. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the well-appointed standard room with a view.

Magnificent central location, next to St Mark's square, the Accademia, Fondamenta Nove and the Ca' d'Oro and Ca' Pesaro as well as an old Palace overlooking the canal. Good bed in the standard queen room, plus an electronic key card, a flat screen TV, and a study table. A splendid view from the window.

The hotel is quirky and reasonably spacious with well-mannered staff. The breakfast is varied with bacon too, scrambled eggs plus beverages, and the service is good. Recommend this venue to all, no complains at all.

Overall rooms were beautifully decorated and airy and had central heating, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. We had a good and enjoyable breakfast with eggs and bacon and bacon, for instance.

The location was comfortable for walking around an ornate footbridge. Regarding service, it was excellent with a shuttle to the airport.

Everything was modern and lots to do. The hotel had a peaceful location near a quaint bookshop. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake. The staff were well-mannered, and the room was nicely decorated with blue lighting, real venetian style, comfy bed.

The room was silent and large with the double bed, brand new classy bathrooms, for example as expected. Perfect location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The breakfast was rich, loved everything.

The restaurant was good with wonderful food and service here, I had excellant dishes. An electric kettle and glassware where available too. The position was magnificent and wonderful, restaurants and cafes are close to the hotel.

The views at this small hotel were fantastic. I had superior room with a private bathroom. The staff were attentive and the design was modern. Peaceful location to the Rialto bridge was a plus.
