Every detail was perfect and I loved it. All the staff was very amiable, solved my issues. The location was quiet and perfect and the train station was close to the hotel. There was Barton Rouge nearby to grab something to eat.

the excellent staff greeted us with a smile. the location was good and excellent, very close to vaporetto station, convenient to go everywhere. and it was also near to antico portego and a vaporetto stop.

This place is beautifully decorated and fabulous because of the stunning location and garden views. The classic double room is spotless and huge. The hotel's staff is efficient and excellent co-operating.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with beautiful setting just next door to the true and original Venice out of the tourist maps, all the main sites, and a supermarket. Amazing and freshly made meals. What a comfortable stay, no reason to complain.
