The location is excellent and convenient, very close to Vaporetto station. The units are a nice size, spotless with an amazing painted ceiling.

The staff was friendly, as well as owner.

Magnificent location close to everything and easy access to a supermarket and shops. Situated only 1 km from Beatles Statue.

Every detail was perfect and I loved it. All the staff was very amiable, solved my issues. The location was quiet and perfect and the train station was close to the hotel. There was Barton Rouge nearby to grab something to eat.

The property was beautifully designed and we had a really lovely stay. Everyone was efficient and excellent co-operating as well as owner.

The staff are exceptionally nice and very pleasant and ready to help if you need anything. The units are tastefully decorated, bright with an amazing painted ceiling, teas coffees chocolate, as example.

This place is beautifully decorated and fabulous because of the stunning location and garden views. The classic double room is spotless and huge. The hotel's staff is efficient and excellent co-operating.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with beautiful setting just next door to the true and original Venice out of the tourist maps, all the main sites, and a supermarket. Amazing and freshly made meals. What a comfortable stay, no reason to complain.

Location adjacent to cafes, FRESH fruits, great shops, Venise and all the main sites. Excellent, cooperative people working here.

Internet connection was weak.

15 minutes walk from central venice. food was amazing - lots of options.
