The rooms were beautifully maintained and the service good.

Tasty breakfast and lots of goodies. A decent size and well air-conditioned room and large bathroom with a bath and a shower.

We had a satisfactory breakfast and huge, functional room. The bathroom was perfectly clean with a bath and shower facilities.

It's ideal and impeccably clean hotel, has magnificent and amazing location on water bus. The breakfast is savoury with juices and boiled egg and the Square prices, had everything you could imagine.

This hotel was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic with courteous stuff with a friendlier and more helpful manager and staff. Very central location was a plus. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Harry's Bar.

The very central location, polite staff - wonderful and absolutely fabulous hotel. Tasty breakfast by the Square prices for all tastes. Huge superior queen room with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms, for example. The service is great.

It was a fairly nice experience. The hotel was clean and the location was marvellous in city centre of Venice. The services were terrific, including savoury and tasty breakfasts and public parking if needed.

Breakfast was great, great views, fantastic location just off the restaurant, all the main attractions and ferry terminals, which also became handy as a hide out when the streets became too overcrowded with tourists, and the center of Venice.

The venue was good small and fantastic, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was lovely next to St Marks square and other landmarks, the many famous landmarks of Venice, and the main attraction. The units were brand-new and the staff were excellent people on reception desk. Enjoyed watching the canal from the window.

As for me, the location is marvellous, away from San Marco's square. The standard twin room is functional with venetian style and tea plus 2 separate bedrooms.

The breakfast was savoury by the Square prices, really enjoyed it. I was given extraordinary and decent size room with 2 separate bedrooms and a king size bed.

Fabulous and lovely small hotel, the services were good, amazing location to a restaurant we wanted for dinner. Our room was great-sized and air-conditioned, equipped with toiletries, a TV, as for instance. You guys made our stay fine!

The economy queen room is functional and spotless. The staff is very very nice. The location is marvellous, at a walking distance from Dorsoduro. Also it is just off shops and restaurants and all attractions of Venice.

Had standard room for english channels and wake-up service was available in it. The attached restaurant food was fab.

Everything was very good, including amicable staff and unbeatable location easy to get from-and-to the airport-Alilaguna line or taxi. The standard room with large bed, facilities worked for us. Location so close to San Marco as well as St Marks square. The attached restaurant on the premises. Totally lovely stay in the winter time.

Actually, the room was tidy, it also had a hairdryer, free toiletries and a shower cap. Everything was perfect, nonetheless a few employees were not always friendly. Location: the hotel was near to Venice, restaurants, the canal...

The staff was helpful and we would absolutely stay here again...
