The staff was helpful, always there to help. Loved the deluxe room with the terrace, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

We had a spacious bedroom. A bidet in the private bathroom was a plus.

Make sure you stay in the guest room with the terrace. There is a fridge, climate control, and an individual safe - that's always a plus. It has amazing very central location in a lovely quiet square.

The beds were extremely comfy and the deluxe double room itself was modern and neat. The stuff were amiable, nothing too much trouble. The location was particularly good and amazing, close enough to piazza San Marco, a very nice family friendly plaza, and a charming calm square with a church and restaurants, in a great quiet area.

Excellent and peaceful location to Doge's Palace. Pretty quiet area close enough to the Rialto Bridge, Venice, and Venice airport. Very impressed with deluxe room with the "balcony ". Plenty of goodies for breakfast.
