The view from our suite was amazing.

The rooms are newly remodelled and they have central heating, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk. Had excellent bedroom and late check-out, very comfortable experience overall.

Extremely comfy bed in the standard king room, plus a kettle and a balcony. Marvellous location, within walking distance of St Chad's.

Make sure to get suite with good panoramic view and a private outdoor terrace.

Quaint and clean hotel. Perfect views of the canal and exceptionally nice breakfasts with croissants. Neat rooms and superb bar area. Marvellous location of the property, just off many tourist attractions, near to a lot of good restaurants, public transport and attractions and super market.

It was in the very central location right in the center of Venice. The vibe here was quiet.

The suite was compact with tea and view on Campo San Lio. The location was marvellous and lovely, just off super market and shops, public transport and the center of town close to the Rialto.

An economy double room with good panoramic view has basic facilities you need. Quiet atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are unbelievably rude.

Fairly clean and the staff was very amiable and excellent. We booked standard triple room for 1 night and had a really amazing stay. It was with a bathtub. The location was magnificent for exploring this perfect area, close enough to the grand canal and rialto bridge.

Terribly rude staff!

It had a quiet atmosphere and provided good service. Everything was perfect, including nice breakfasts with croissants. The staff was incredibly nice.

Functional, a decent size room with an own bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Very good facilities and very clean beds.

I had great days staying at this small hotel. Its location very close to Santa Marina was marvellous. And the area was perfect, right by Rialto bridge and San Marco as well as great restaurants. Room was new-fashioned and compact with a laptop safe, a minibar, and central heating.

It was located in a perfect area really close to the Rialto bridge and water bus, Burano, Murano and Torcello and the grand canal and rialto bridge.

It was a very good place to stay in Venice. The accommodating staff gave good recommendations. Very central location was a plus. Castello district was worth visiting.

Was a characterful base for trip. Clean, small hotel, I truly enjoyed neat rooms and superfriendly staff. The location was marvellous: souvenir shops and a supermarket were within walking distance. I had quick lunch at Osteria al Portego, located very close to the property. I ate at a good restaurant for a quick breakfast.

It had central location close to Riva degli Schiavoni. Very nice restaurant provided local dishes. We did not want to leave there, can recommend.
