All the personnel was incredibly nice.

Superfriendly staff we were amazed with. The location was fab central and perfect, so close to everything and overlooking street. San Polo district was worth visiting.

The location was marvellous and awesome - short walk to many good restaurants and shops, Rialto Bridge, canal and many other attractions and all the main tourist points in Venice. Also, Victoria and Albert Museum was 4 km away from the hotel.

The location is prime, not far from the Train Station, nice cafe's and Rialto bridge, Rialto market, restaurants - couldn't be better. The staff are kind and lovely as well as the host. The units are spotless, large with individual bathroom.

I enjoyed its superior king room with 2 bathrooms. All of the staff were especially helpful, kind. The hotel was in a prime location, so close to everything.

The staff were EXCEPTIONALLY NICE, marvellous location close to all the main tourist points in Venice. Moreover, it was near to many good restaurants and shops nearby, the main canal and many other attractions. The breakfast was nice - a good choice of meals - coffee and bakery.

The location was fab central, a 10-15 minute walk from a style church. The area was really quiet close to Rialto bridge, Rialto market, restaurants, San Marco and many good restaurants and shops nearby. The bed was very big, and the room itself was good.

My 3 nights in Venice were good. My superior king room with 2 bathrooms was nicely furnished. A hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets were a plus. The location was peaceful and prime, for example, a principal church was just a short stroll away from the hotel. You could walk to a market and shops.

Its location was great, close to all the main tourist points in Venice. Booked an economy queen room with 2 bathrooms. Every staff member was exceptionally nice and very very helpful. We really enjoyed coffee and bakery for breakfast.
