I have stayed in this hotel before and truly enjoyed it, so I would definitely go back.

I got double superior and reasonably large room on the water. Its location was excellent, near to restaurants and shops as well as a real Palace. Besides, there was St Chad's, located not very far from the property.

Enjoyed clean bathroom and a safe box, a mini-bar, and central heating in our deluxe double room.

The breakfast was savoury and well presented with an amazing view and yoghurt and fresh fruit.

Their staff were not so good.

Delicious breakfast option with a great view and the vue on the grand canal, as for instance. Fab, stunning location in a bijou palace originally built by a Venetian Doge.

The location was amazing, a minute walk from Chiesa di San Zulian Church. It was within 20 min drive or so from the airport.

Stayed in this absolutely charming and quiet hotel during the trip. The room was neat and uniquely decorated with amazing view, real Murano glass chandeliers, antique furniture, had the best night sleep. 100% recommend this place and would use them next time.

The offered breakfast was tasty and enjoyable with view on the canale grande. Our hotel was in an unbeatable and brilliant location easy to get to from the airport using the water bus.

Fabulous hotel, fairly clean, informative staff, location to sights in Venice was awesome. Double room with excellent bed and external bathroom plus a great view accommodated us perfectly. There was variety of food for breakfast, including croissants, toast, and cheese. Liked it during our fantastic stay.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe queen room with the view of the canal.

Fab, awesome location very close to the water bus from the airport, the main tourist area in a courtyard with views of the Grand Canal and the major streets, pleasant staff.

The rooms are double superior and neat with excellent bed, and the location is incredible in a lovely quiet square overlooking the grand canal. It has pleasant and incredibly nice employees.

It was immaculate, absolutely fantastic and with real murano glass chandeliers. Awesome very central location not far from the Grand Canal and Realto Bridge, the airport, and all the tourist locations.

Overall it was double superior and reasonably large with nice view. The staff was dedicated and excellent, as well as host.

Fairly clean, excellent value hotel, its location was fantastic and stunning and next to all main sights, private water taxi and the water bus from the airport. The staff are supper friendly as well as the host. The room is large and uniquely decorated with nice view, has free Wi-Fi. The breakfast is savoury, greatly enjoyed croissants, toast and cheese. Overall, we recommend this trendy boutique property to others.

It was in a great location with an ornate footbridge nearby. The food for breakfast was fresh, we got croissants, toast and cheese.

The deluxe queen room on the water, facilities worked for us. We ate savoury toast, croissants and cheese for breakfast. The location of the hotel was brilliant - just a short walk away from Natural History Museum.
