A nice size unit on the lower floors. Well presented hotel with a super central location close to the pier for taking the water taxi to the airport.

The place was immaculately clean with a very professional and service-oriented staff from check-in to check-out. I liked toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit.

Extremely comfy bed in guest room with a balcony, coffee, and a huge window. Variety of food at breakfast, such as toast, pastries, yoghourt, and fruit.

The breakfast was delicious and wonderful with variety of toast, pastries, yoghourt, and fruit. The location was amazing and marvellous, right by Rialto bridge and St Marks Square, water taxi stops and Piazza San Marco and less than 10 to Ponte Rialto. Also, Saint Mary's Cathedral was at a short distance.

Peaceful area, perfect location, next to all the key sights, in particular st marks square, Piazza San Marco and Rialto and a big square between Plaza San Marco. Excellent and good toast, cereal, pastries, and fruit for breakfast.

The hotel's location was magnificent and unbeatable, by canals with a flea market and different stores within walking distance. The staff were happy to help and really took care of me.

The food was FINE and there were variety of dishes in the menu.

Everything was really good, and it had excellent wi-fi. The staff was particularly helpful, were happy to help. The accommodation had a central location in the centre of Venice. I really enjoyed the stay here and would stay here again.

The service was exceptional, we had a delicious breakfast with sausages and the colder the cooked food, as for instance. Got well-appointed and air conditioned superior king room in a really nice space overlooking the piazza when arrived, liked that.

The location couldn't be more perfect and magnificent close to the San Marco area which was great for seeing the main attractions there. The staff were happy to help and gladly accommodated all my requests.

By and large, it was incredible base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met gentle staff from check-in to check-out. This was a unique hotel with a very central location by th nature of the building- a several centuries old palazzo. Besides, Doge's Palace was 1 km away from the property.

The hotel was in a perfect and nice position just next door to a beautiful quiet square a short walk from both St Marks square, Rialto bridge and St Mark's square, and Santa Maria Formosa church. Also, we saw a landmark bridge, based within a close distance from the venue.

The location was magnificent and fantastic, near the train station. The staff were happy to help and recommended nearby attractions.

We appreciated the convenience of the queen room available with a gorgeous marble bathroom, a balcony, a great view over the Santa Maria Formosa piazza. The location of the property was absolutely perfect and good, so close to all major attractions. Also, it was at a walking distance from a landmark bridge. The hotel was romantic, we had a warm time and would go back in flash.

I have stayed in the guest room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel serves delicious and wonderful breakfasts for vegetarians.

I had very big bed and original artworks in the well decorated. Central location of this classy hotel was a bonus. The property was set in a very nice area.

The deluxe queen room was authentic, included a great shower and a shower. Great and gorgeous location next to two major landmarks: Rialto Bridge and the most famous Saint Marc's Square, Murano/Burano, and a lovely flea market on Friday mornings, I felt safe. Everything was great, liked city view from my deluxe king room. The bathroom was best with a bathtub. Brilliant location, Marco Polo airport was 0.5 km away. Incredible service, though a few employees were poor.
