Romantic and personalized venue, perfect location near sain marcos square, all main points in Venice and Marco Polo Airport and all main attractions. Delightful food and quiet atmosphere. Huge units with a lagoon view. Super friendly staff interactions.

We liked the convenience of the standard queen room with stylish furniture.

Charming little and pleasant venue, amazing location next to the main attractions as well as the city transport, Burano, Murano and Lido, Murano or Burano, so great location and the nearest bars, greatly enjoyed our stay.

Good-sized unit with a nice decor.

The breakfast spread was excellant with the best coffee.

Its location was comfortable, right in front of the waterbus stop. The staff was reasonably good and top-class and check in was easy. We where offered excellent breakfast options with the best coffee.

The area was really noisy.

The units are romantic, functional with a double bed. Pleasant restaurant, freshly made food, people working here are incredibly nice.

The location was excellent and stunning, close to vaporetto stop, the airport, and the busier tourist areas. We had a fully-equipped superior double room facing sea. The service was great, the food was good.

The staff was excellent, we had a fast check-in. We took a standard double room and it had an iron, multi-channel television, and a study table. The nice decor and a very comfy bed made such a good stay.

The venue was romantic and quirky, I liked the location near the riverbank, the main attractions as well as the city transport, Burano, Murano and Lido are easily accessible from there and the lagoon and the water bus stop, and sea views. All the staff was extremely polite, settled my issues. Great location in the Venice maze was a plus.

The location was amazing in front of a vaporetto station and the staff here was excellent and knowledgeable. What's more, it was close to all main points, waterfront, and the centre and the water bus.

Amiable staff and particularly good and stunning location next to restaurants and bars. 15 km to the airport. A charming little hotel, my first choice in Venice🙂

Beds were a little hard.

The units are fully functional, tidy. It includes central heating, an iron, and a work desk. The location is comfortable, just a pleasant stroll away from San Marco.

It was a charming little and incredibly beautiful hotel, no complaint, recommend. The property was clean and staff was excellent. The location of the property was particularly good and amazing as we were short walk to the old town of Venice, the Grand Canal and the Venice maze.

Reasonably good staff and magnificent location in a quiet area of Venice, everything was perfect. Overall it was good-sized and fully-equipped with a lagoon view.

Actually, the room was spotless and romantic, it also had a hairdryer, a bidet and fresh towels. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Breakfast with the best coffee. Marvellous and brilliant location to Combo. Positioned in the peaceful area, so close to the centre, Burano and Venice.

We really loved the comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to pizzeria bar al cupido with nice drinks.
