It was in an absolutely perfect and incredible location just next door to St Mark's Square and Basilica, getting off at Arsenale and anywhere in Venice on a Vaporetto multi day pass. Booked twin room, that was provided with good air cond, a fantastic view across the lagoon, as example.

The property was overall clean, featured nice design, I appreciated it. The hotel had indeed an unbeatable and incredible location between the shops. Moreover, it was close enough to gardens and Arsenale where there are locals and less tourists, and catching the public water taxi, getting off at Arsenale.

Generally, the place was exquisite and had well-trained and responsive staff with excellent service.

Your location was perfect and incredible, close to the beach. Nicely decorated and well-equipped units in venice style, we liked it. The staff was friendly efficient, delightfully helpful, nothing too much trouble.

Marvellous setting and restaurants and a zoo in front of the hotel. Very close to a ferry port, great area. Tastefully decorated and neat units available with fantastic views, a seaview, as example.

Travelled with my family members, spent 2 nights here and had a fun stay. The team provided a very good service and the room was a nice size with beautiful view, surprisingly uxurious decor plus seaview. They recommended a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. The hotel met the demands.

We appreciated the comforts of this small hotel. The employees were exceptionally kind and pleasant. The superior queen room was silent, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The view of the sea it had was gorgeous. The venue was in a central setting to from the airport or train station. Further, it was close enough to the center, all the main monuments and the various water bus stops.

The hotel was exquisite and impeccably clean with splendid views over the sea. Our room was nicely decorated and well-appointed, included a safe, a mini-bar, and central heating. We got a bidet too. The location was perfect for rest.

All in all everything was amazing, had a very nice stay for $ 300 a night. I was upgraded to a tastefully decorated and well-appointed room with balcony. The restaurant was LOVELY for lunch and dinner, greatly enjoyed it.

Perfect location to everything stunning view, very professional staff, everything was really good. Superior double room we stayed at was romantic with lagoon view. Coffee, tea/coffee, and a kettle were a very nice touch. The place was lovely quiet, nothing too much trouble, recommend.

The property is reasonably clean; beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms; comfortable bed. It has absolutely perfect and nice location for visiting a cathedral church.

The location is central. The units are magnificent, gorgeous with a stunning view, good air cond which is important in summer, for instance.

The location was stunning - ease of access to Naval History Museum. It was located in a local area near to the main square and water taxi drop of points as well as water bus, a super base for me.

Location: the hotel was next to the center, and the Arsenale ferry terminal. It also was near the Arsenale vaporetto stop. We got well-equipped twin room with a stunning view as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The room I booked was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location was incredible, at a walking distance from a byzantine shipyard. I spent here 1 wonderful day and would absolutely stay here again.

The unit we got was beautifully decorated with the balcony and lagoon view plus fantastic views. There were an electric kettle and refrigerators. Stunning location near the Arsenale vaporetto stop, all was very good.

Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning and an individual safe inside the room...

My twin/double room was equipped with a safe, a mini-bar and central heating. Its location not too far from a grand showpiece square was incredible and brilliant.

Everything is spotlessly clean and very good. The stuff is attentive, the room is authentic. I can recommend the lovely restaurant onsite for dinner:)))
