Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with a mini bar, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment. Well-equipped bathroom with a bidet.

The breakfast options are savoury with pastries, yogurt and cheese.

The bedroom was updated and romantic.

Very very nice and polite staff and the breakfast was delicious with juice, pastries and yogurt. The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a landmark bridge.

Whole place was fairly clean with magnificent views; great and fantastic location close to the train station.

The twin room was luxurious with a balcony overlooking the bridge and the location was marvellous and fantastic. A mini bar, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment were appreciated. The staff was excellent and hospitable and helped us find restaurants and eateries which were located walking distance to.

I have just spent 1 day in double room with a wonderful view, a balcony overlooking the bridge plus basic comforts, and enjoyed it.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Overall had wonderful stay on our first visit in 2014. Amazingly nice staff and the location was great. A boat dock in front of the hotel was really handy.

Modest, clean venue with great location right by railway station, bus station, alilaguna to the airport. Good for a honeymoon trip👌😀

Poor area.

The staff was excellent and hospitable and gave tips about the places in Venice. Greatly enjoyed their excellent service. Besides, the parking was by the hotel. It was in a great and stunning location walking distance to restaurants and eateries. The airport was 15 km away.

My stay was really great on our first visit in 2014. The hotel had great and amazing location near to the main canals and main street and a near patisserie. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from Gam Gam Kosher Restaurant, ate there couple of times. I liked the time in this property.

As for me, the area was poor.

This was a such great stay on our first visit in 2014. Very central location adjacent to train station and Grand Canal, all the transport and shops and areas of Venice, it was in a great area. We had quick lunch at Bar alle Guglie, located next to the hotel. Very-very nice staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

Excellent staff and fantastic location next to the downstairs restaurant, everything was great. The rooms were neat and updated, the food was good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we got a savoury and tasty breakfast too. No complains at all, the hotel met what was needed.

The room was quiet and updated in general, with the terrace. The breakfast served was savoury and tasty with meats, yogurt, cheese.

We were offered double room complete with balconies and nice decor plus the terrace.

The staff - some of them were unresponsive.

The venue is clean and reasonably spacious, views are magnificent, the location is marvellous and stunning just next door to the water bus to the airport as well as the main canals and main street in Venice. The twin/double room overlooks canal and includes tea and coffee making facilities, and fridges. The location is best possible and prime, 1 km from a historic canal bridge. The hotel is close to the great area and it's walking distance to restaurants and cafes.

Its location not too far from a wide canal was best possible. And it was also close enough to the La Palazzina Veneziana, numerous restaurants close by, and the railway station...

Plenty of savoury breakfast items to choose from. Top-class staff with a good portion of humor.

Caring and top-class hotel employees all round.

Beds were a little hard.

The staff was amiable and caring, they were always available. The location was central, really close to access to Ghetto, Palazzina Veneziana and train station. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

My room was too small.

the location was central, awesome near train station. the hotels' team was caring. the breakfast selection was satisfactory.

Luxurious, updated unit with terrace, a balcony overlooking the bridge and modern bathrooms. Lots of food available in the lounge area.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Accommodating staff and good value. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Furthermore, guglie bridge and other tourist destinations were situated just walking distance from this place. Had breakfast in the lounge area. We liked the Venetian decor of our room...
