The hotel location was marvellous right on the canal. Besides, a historic water pump was 4 km away from the property. The room was modern and soundproof, included with Venetian style and balconies overlooking canals plus a good en suite bathroom.

Incredible, good location near to canal where many gondolas pick up riders as well as the main gondola' harbour'. Marvellous and lovely breakfast selection with an amazing view of the the gondolas and salami and cutlery often in short supply.

Generally, the place was homely and had genuinely helpful staff at the reception desk. The hotel was situated in the central location close to everything-literally.

I greatly enjoyed a tastefully decorated room with picturesque views, it overlooked the canal.

Everything was perfect and met the purpose. That was good value and truly exceptional hotel set in very very nice area, very close to bars within walking distance, next to a canal where most gondala's " park " at night, and the Centre of the City.

Gorgeous place all in all, has fabulously friendly staff despite tremendous efforts from the staff. The continental breakfast is a feast. The building is really beautiful and the rooms are normal double. The setting is marvellous and magnificent, adjacent to the landmark in venetia and restaurant. San Marco district deserves to be explored.

The room is very very small.

It was a lovely old and exceptional hotel in a very nice area, near to Venice and other parts of Italy, most gondala's "park" at night and all the major sights of Venice. The superior queen room was nicely decorated, the bed was very big.

The location was good - just next door to San Marco square, canal where many gondolas pick up riders and the taxi / vaporetto stops on the water side. The breakfast was amazing and lovely with an amazing view of the the gondolas; well priced.

Offers extremely pleasant rooms with Victorian design. Its location is excellent just next door to San Marco, Murano or something maybe and Murano glass factory. San Marco is a district that deserves exploring.

The property is impeccably clean; beautiful little and extremely pleasant rooms; very clean bed. This property is in a perfect and incredible location, just off all the shopping areas and restaurants, and Right next to St Mark's Square. There is Gelato Fantasy nearby for a cup of coffee.

We booked a classic queen room, it was complete with a nice view as well as a verandah. The setting of hotel was particularly good and unbeatable, right on the canal so that Gondolas pass the window as you have breakfast.

The location was wonderful by water taxi or water bus and the staff here was especially helpful and respectful. The room we booked was stylish and decent sized with a shower as advertised.

My room included a balcony and well enough space. The hotel was in a brilliant location just next door to Venice for 3 days 2 nights, various museums, Doge's Palace, and the city center. I found Harry's Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

The hotel was truly exceptional with respectful people at the reception desk. The rooms were decent sized with view, you feel like home. This property was located in a very central area not far from the centre of St Marks Square and Close to the gondola pick up.

The hotel was ideal, really enjoyed the canal view from our classic triple room. The room was very spacious, very big bed. The continental breakfast catered for everyone. The location was great and easy, near Mark's Square, it's a plus.

Normal double and good sized room and fairly clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Excellent and beautiful position, in the middle of the town.

As for me location is marvellous, near to centre of Venice, the gondolas and gondoliers, and Murano. The room is spotlessly clean, comes with good air circulation, good view, as for instance.

The hotel's location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, right to the airport with a market and boutiques within walking distance.

The setting was brilliant, near to countless Gondola which was hours worth of free entertainment in itself, other great sites and Murano and a glass factory.

Exceptional hotel in a very nice area near to centre of Venice, shops and great restaurants and the open sea where a 10 year old boy screams with delight at the bumping of the vaporetto wakes. Wonderful and plentiful breakfast with an amazing view of the the gondolas for all tastes.

The hotel was pleasant, clean, in a shopping area. We stayed here before, always normal double rooms with a view. The staff were accommodating, affable. The location was marvellous and brilliant, for example, V-a-c Foundation was at a walking distance from the venue.

The classic queen room I got was included with enjoyable breakfast, an extra bed, for example. The facilities were great too. The location was brilliant - ease of access to Giardini della Biennale.

Overall it was a very very good stay for 2 nights. The location was brilliant and top - ease of access to an art gallery. It was located in a very nice area really close to restaurants as well as San Marco square. All the staff was top-class, solved my issues.

Its rooms are neat and splendid with linen sheets, balconies plus the passagway suspended ceiling as advertised. The breakfast is marvellous, and the location is magnificent just next door to the main square.

I had well priced room with tables so close together. My breakfast was marvellous and plentiful with an amazing view of the the gondolas.

As for me, the area was extremely busy.

Well, it was a such wonderful stay on vacation. Location: the hotel was just off the centre of St Marks Square and the airport.

The bed was nice and the location was good. Besides, it offers free Wi Fi. We really enjoyed this place.

The hotel’s right by st marks basilica, also we could easily access Lido. Morning meal food was GREAT. The beds were nice in our room.
