It was a beautiful old hotel with canal views and free Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly and affable whole time of my stay.

Thank you you all! It's an incredibly beautiful place, clean. The staff is amiable and great, as well as owner. The location is magnificent and incredible, near the city centre. Plus, this hotel is really close to the center of Venice, the museum and a quiet area of Venice.

Appreciated my time here. The place was clean, I booked the double room with river views, everything was great. The staff was great, gave advice about the city. The location was marvellous and super, in the heart of Venice, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. I tried some drinks at grill bar Century, located 5 minutes walk away.

The location was great and magnificent for me. It was located in a perfect area really close to the city centre and the Rialto Bridge, an ideal base for me.

The whole building was clean and had a quiet atmosphere. The family room was huge, had climate control and a balcony. A bathtub was big and everything was amazing. As for me, the location was perfect, adjacent to all main attractions.

Truly enjoyed my apartment with a modern bathroom, antique furniture plus a balcony. The hotel's location was particularly good, just next door to easy to find and the museum. Santa Croce district was worth exploring.

All perfect, everything you need for the trip. The location great for Santa Croce district, it is just off the center of town, the Rialto Bridge, and a quiet area. The staff are amiable and great, and the owner too.

Loved it - the place is beautiful old and suited me fine. The apartment overlooks canal and includes a dishwasher, coffee & tea making machines, and a fridge. Quiet vibe, the staff is very amiable. Thank you for a VERY COMFORTABLE stay.

The location was magnificent, in the heart of Venice, we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was also next to the center of town or other parts of Venice, water taxis and close to fish market.

It was clean and the staff were really helpful, beds were comfy. Our location was unbeatable to the Grand Canal. Great to be 200 metres away from Osteria Alla Ciurma, enjoyed our meal there.

Great base for travelling to Venice and exploring local places. Well decorated rooms with hypoallergenic pillows. Nice design, comfy beds. Perfect location for Venice, next to the center of town, water taxis and Rialto Bridge. Also, very close to all main attractions. Really comfortable experience there...

think that this lovely old hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. overall, it's excellent base for exploring venice attractions. plus, the location is particularly good, minutes from an imposing gothic-style church.
