The twin room we stayed in was well-equipped with a king size bed. The location was fantastic in a silent area.

Thanks a lot for fabulous time here! It's magnificent and clean hotel, has great and brilliant location in a real Venetian neighborhood. The breakfast is satisfactory, offered with freshly made cappuccino, views over garden, fresh orange juice. The employees are all nice and kind.

The food was delicious, drinks were relaxing. Had twin room with own patio and wake-up service was available in it. Had great location close enough to get to popular landmarks.

Large and airy room plus a private safe, air conditioner, and a mini-bar. Fantastically friendly staff and altogether a wonderful experience.

This absolutely fabulous hotel occupies a fine building in the original style. The rooms are airy and modern, with a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a TV.

Its king room was atmospheric with balcony, a beautiful garden, as for instance. The hotel's location was great and brilliant, next to San Marco and various boats, the island of Venice, and all attractions too.

Special and immaculately clean accommodation with amazing location next to nice restaurants, the maze of canals, and the Riva degli Schiavoni to Calle del Dose. Enjoyable breakfast with fresh orange juice and views over garden, as for instance and exceptional customer service.

Cute little property, reasonably clean, exceptional service and excellent value. Adequate, satisfactory breakfast with perfect coffee. A fantastic area, perfect and quiet location really close to an old palace. About 15 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge.

Our rooms were modern and neat here with a very short single bed and the terrace opening to the beautiful garden plus a beautiful garden. It was in a very central location, very close to main atractions.

Staff was kind and hotel is clean and magnificent! I had adequate breakfasts with perfect coffee and views over garden and freshly made cappuccino. The location was amazing, right by a lovely canal with easy access by water taxi as well as St Marks square. Castello district was worth staying in.

The rooms - airy, new-fashioned with beautiful painted ceiling, a couch, as example. The most important - particularly good and perfect location close to everything yet far enough from San Marco to escape the madness of tourist season crowds.

We greatly enjoyed being here. Rooms were quiet, everything was wonderful. Booked a room by the inner garden. This hotel had a very central position in the centre. And it's just a short walk away from Gibran, ate there once or twice.

Very big bed, airy room, everything was perfect. The location in a touristic area was particularly GOOD and perfect and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. The hotel was also just 1 km from Vivaldi's Church.

We had lunch in C'e Pizza e Pizza, placed close by.

Stayed here with my family and everything was wonderful. The location was marvellous for walking around an art gallery. And the area was great, really close to a beautiful garden, bars and restaurants and the water bus and all attractions too.

The building is nice old and the rooms are well-equipped with terrace, a couch made up as a bed and multiple beds. I have to mention the enjoyable breakfast with fresh orange juice, perfect coffee, a lovely view.

Had an exceptional stay out of service until the 2nd last day of our stay, glad I've chosen it. The hotel was in a central location close to main square. A cool bonus was Crazy Bar, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

Actually, the room was impressive with balcony. Had a private safe, an air conditioning and a minibar. The location was unbeatable in a nice area and the staff here was pleasant and caring.

The hotel was special and fairly clean, overlooked garden. Loved our suite, it was huge and immaculate. We had a comfortable time.

Amazing location just a short walk away from a cathedral church. Based really close to a canal, and restaurants. Impressive unit with lovely view.

I came here for 4 nights and had a great stay. The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a great area, adjacent to Rialto bridge, Venice and ferry stop. The room was neat and huge and offered a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows.

Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

Osteria Oliva Nera, where you can eat, is within a walking distance of the hotel. Good home base for your vacations in Venice.
