The hotel was clean and modest with great wi-fi. We booked a king room, it was immaculate. The breakfast was satisfactory and included.

The room was good value for money and well heated and come with central heating and a multi-channel TV. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, thanks to them everything was perfect.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was perfect.

Little hotel, the staff were absolutely amazing. Our accommodation was set in a very central location not far from Rialto as well as the Rialto Bridge and shopping high street. Also, the property had quick access to Dean Village.

Good breakfast, with a lot of food. Particularly good perfect location, down a maze of back alleys. Plus, walking distance to a long - standing Venetian - style church.

We had quadruple room with an own bathroom. The location seemed excellent near the centre. The breakfast was good and satisfactory, fairly priced, really enjoyed this place.

I got triple room for 3 nights, enjoyed it. Although some of the staff were not so helpful, I had an excellent stay. Stayed here before and will definitely go again next time.

Possibly the best and nice stay on holidays. Good-sized and airy unit with a bathroom, amiable staff. Particularly good, marvellous location in Castello district very close to Rialto and San Marco, the water taxi and St Marks Square, and Rialto bridge and San Marco's square.

The bed was comfy, and the room itself was large. It was in an unbeatable and magnificent location 4-6 minutes' walking distance from a 16th-century church. The restaurant was nice and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful.

Quirky and fairly clean place, everything was good. Our room was exceptionally clean and cheap with a bathroom and the staff were very, very nice. Its location in Venice was marvellous, close enough to the Rialto Bridge and shopping high street, bus station, and the center of Venise. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Very central location was a plus. We found nice Ostaria al Ponte nearby with hot beverages.

The location was great and fab - ease of access to Teatro Malibran. The staff was friendly, took good care of everyone.

Totally fantastic stay on holidays. Cheap queen room in really good condition. Awesome and incredible location, so close to Rialto bridge. Based next to the genuine venetian palace, the San Marco square and restaurants and good restaurants.

Stay here and enjoy your Venice trip. The venue is fairly clean, the staff is really kind and nice. It has great location for visiting an ornate footbridge.

Got triple room with a bathroom when arrived, really enjoyed that. The location was particularly good - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. And it was also just off the Doge's palace, other great eateries and Rialto Bridge and Plaza San Marco.

The staff was great and nice can provide additional tips. We appreciated the convenience of the king room available with a window towards a channel, a bathroom, for example.

We had a queen room which was well cleaned and immaculate. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a good view of sea. Really enjoyed the stay, it was fantastic on holidays.

The whole experience was amazing! The place was well priced and charming old. Its location only a short distance to Saint Mark's Square was excellent and amazing. Located in 20 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very very helpful.

The staff was very bad.

We booked twin room that was complete with a communal fridge, a bathroom, as for instance as advertised. It was quiet, we spent 2 nights. The venue was in a very central location adjacent to the Rialto bridge and San Marco, good restaurants, and the canal.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Our room itself was reasonably large with 2 singe beds. Had marvellous and magnificent location near to everything, so close to Saint Mark's Square.

The hotel was quirky with free wifi. The place was fairly priced. We stayed in the quadruple room and liked it.

I stayed at the twin room with sea view. It was nice having central heating and a multi-channel television. I liked the excellent location close to Venice, a water bus, and restaurants. The hotel met required needs, I would stay here again.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was handy base for visiting all of them. The location was magnificent, for example, a grand showpiece square was just a short walk away from the hotel. We didn't have time, so we would book again.

So glad we choose it, it's nice base for staying in Venice.

It was fairly priced, compared to other small hotels. There was Pasta & Pasta nearby to grab something to eat.

Well, Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

We were given airy room with a window towards a channel, 2 singe beds, air condition. They had an early check-in.

It's suitable place for sightseeing and exploring Venice.

Unbeatable, incredible location just next door to the Rialto bridge and San Marco as well as San Marco. Also, close to Rialto water taxi.

Immaculate room with tidy bathroom and exceptionally comfortable beds. Magnificent location for our visit to a wide canal not too far from the hotel. Overall an excellent stay on holidays.
