They gave me a nice little and well laid out room with complementary snacks as well as lst.

The room was a decent size and newly furnished, it had air conditioning, a storage, and a coffeemaker. And we loved the pleasant view.

Its location was marvellous, in a quiet street.

The staff we met were very arrogant.

Big rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a coffeemaker, a heating system, and a kettle. Simple check-in and late check-out, approaching staff.

Fairly clean hotel with incredibly friendly staff and stunning location close to the bustling city center and the Guglie Alilaguana water bus to the airport too. Great services!

The breakfast with meats and slices of ham was incredible for what you got. There were a small refrigerator, coffee, and a storage in my double room, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Brilliant hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was fab in the Cannaregio district near the Ghetto. The bathroom in our superior king room was great-sized. Extremely comfy beds, a balcony, a kitchen area, and a kettle were a nice touch. The staff was fantastically friendly and outstandingly accommodating, they provided a terrific service.

Although everything was nice, some of the staff were very arrogant.

The hotel was clean based in a Venetian style building with amicable and amazingly kind staff. The location was great, close to Leonardo. Was in a beautiful area and close to restaurants and eateries.

I had 2 nights in Venice, spending the time here lovely. The breakfast was incredible with juice and cheeses, for example, liked what was offered. The double room was brand-new with a small mini fridge, coffee, and a storage space.

Everybody is outstanding, they assisted us with luggage.

My room with double bed, a balcony, as example was nicely decorated and comfortable modern. The location was comfortable - ease of access to Palazzo Labia.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

It had very central location close to a historic casino. There were new-fashioned & airy rooms with a dishwasher as well as a coffee machine. The hotel took care of the nice service.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, as for 3-stars hotel. I booked neat and newly furnished room with the terrace. The service was terrific, totally satisfied.

Location short walk to two grocery stores, the main tourist area and supermarket. The service in general was excellent!

We have stayed here for 2 days and will certainly stay here again, it is brilliant and fairly clean hotel with marvellous and fab location in near distance to the center. The room was large on a tray which was simply super, the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

There was lots of outstanding meals.

Brilliant and marvellous location in Venice, not far from San Marco square and the Al Portico. Quite and cosy room with a terrace, nice service.

The rooms were airy and new-fashioned, with the balcony up the top. The location was marvellous, not too far away from Scala Contarini del Bovolo.

It was a wonderful hotel, nesteled in a Venetian building. The staff were genuinely helpful and they assisted with luggage. Everything was fantastic as expected, though the bathroom was very small. I loved the good food they offered.

We had a very nice time in this low cost hotel in Venice. Marvellous and perfect location, the breakfast was incredible with ham, types of coffee plus meats.

Think that this cute and fine hotel is beyond compare, enjoyed it. The venue is fairly clean, with unbeatable and handy location close enough to lovely bakery nearby and Venice. Efficient staff ensures you spend a really really nice time here.

Accommodating staff and HANDY location to the water taxi, everything was good. They gave us a double room with private balcony. Tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge were nice.

It was surely an awesome stay in accommodation with character.

The beds were big, I slept well. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Natural History Museum was handy and easy. There was lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

The place was fairly clean, huge rooms. Early check-in, late check-out, attentive staff. The Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises. Good services, very good Wi-Fi. Everything perfect. What a really really nice stay, nothing too much trouble.

Our favourite, ideal central hotel in Venice with amazing staff. Nice interior, magnificent restaurant. Very central location, brilliant base for discovering Venice. Really enjoyed great area.

All in all, it was superb base for traveling to Venice. Give kudos to receptionist. Moreover, free WiFi was handy.

There was no wi-fi in the rooms. It is in front of the airport. Hotel location was short way from st mark's basilica.
