My must haves' are an en suite, compact room with a lovely mattress, a single bed, for example.

Greatly enjoyed how stunningly beautiful the property was and its very very nice staff who work night shift. The breakfast deal was good with an orange juice, meat and cheese. The hotel's location was stunning, short walk to the water bus, close to mean attractions and the restaurant-where the food was already good value.

The location of the hotel was very central, close to landmarks, the restaurant where the food was already good value, and almost everything, and a main canal. Overall it was tastefully decorated and brand-new, with an external bathroom.

Well-equipped and beautifully decorated room with TV, a double bed, for example as advertised. A lot of tasty food at breakfast time.

The place was ideal and cute and the staff were amicable, the location was incredible to the boats from. An attached restaurant was an advantage. I stayed here for 4 days and would return anytime.

Thank you all for a really good stay for two nights. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with our own personal wc. An attached restaurant was very convenient. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met the purpose, strongly recommend it.

Breakfast was good, wonderful views, excellent location next to the Dogana museum as well as all the main sights. The folks were attentive. It was excellent value for money with a nice decor. Having a storage space and a carpet was very convenient.

The location was marvellous, far away from everything walking distance, with a lovely view.

It offers very good services. Furthermore, guests can use parking nearby. Knowledgeable staff and exceptionally nice location make it a great choice! The hotel is in the very very nice zone.

I had a very relaxing experience here, everything was good, the location was stunning not far from both Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square as well as the Salute church in front of San Marco square. Polite staff, gave a lot of information. I stayed at the double room with inner courtyard view. There was a walk-in shower, a plus for me. The service was great, including a smooth check-in. I loved staying at this small hotel because of the quiet ambience.

The breakfast with cheese and yogurt and meat was good, had so much to choose from.

Easy to get to, marvellous and lovely location adjacent to the water taxi, the Salute church in front of San Marco square, and a splendid bridge where u can take terrific pics. Again, not far from Basilica of st Mary of Health.

Plenty of food options at a short distance from the venue.

The room I stayed in was tidy with a double bed as well as new clean towels everyday. The location was peaceful and stunning, close to Basilica of st Mary of Health.

We were there for 7 days, everything was excellent, really enjoyed its stunning and prime location close enough to the vaporetto, Venice and the centre of Venice. The staff was kind and responsive to requests.

There were comfortable beds and central heating, a flat-screen television and a study table inside the room. The location was incredible and peaceful, you can visit a satellite gallery by walking...

The staff are courteous and positive, they create quiet atmosphere.

Breakfast was complimentary and staff helpful! Its service was good too. Marco Polo airport was hardly 20 minutes away by car.

To get to dorsoduro you'll need to walk 15 minutes. One could dine at restaurants such as the gritti terrace 15 minutes away❤❤
