All good — we appreciated this small hotel — the food was fabulous and the staff were extremely polite.

Glad I took classic queen room, it was newly decorated and functional.

The location of the property was particularly good and fantastic as we were short walk to San Marco, Rialto and Academia, and the major places such as the rialto and st marks.

The units are stylish, modern with a private bath as well as the terrace.

I had a triple room and it was modern with fresh towels, the bathroom was detached and Prosecco.

Tiny bedroom. Its perfect service. Had free Wi-Fi in the rooms.

We booked newly decorated and well-designed comfort king room with the terrace and could use wake-up service, available in it. The location was fantastic in a such beautiful area, short walk to the main tourist areas and the # 1 water bus to the Sant'Angelo stop.

The location is marvellous and stunning, relatively near a museum gallery. And it's just a short walk away from downtown.

We did not want to leave and would book again. The location was marvellous and stunning for exploring this charming area, near Campo San Stefano, a quiet square in the heart of Venice and one for a wonderful Valvaldi concert. Plus it was 10 mins drive from bacino Orseolo.

The location was particularly good and incredible and the staff members were incredibly nice. My room included an electric kettle, climate control, and a personal safe.

Romantic trendy boutique property with lovely friendly staff at the reception desk. A good choice of options for breakfast including pastries and fruit. All in all perfect setting adjacent to great restaurants, St Marks Square and beautiful streets to wander and shops and restaurants.

The setting is amazing, so close to great restaurants, centre of town and venice on a budget, really beautiful area. A classic double room for buffet breakfast has basic facilities you need.

We had comfort queen room with a safe, central heating, and an iron. Ideal and exceptionally nice location short walk to the main tourist attractions, restaurants and bars where near the hotel. Ate at Pisanino Restaurant, its just a short walk away from the venue.

Hotel’s breakfast was lovely with meat and croissants and cheese and could satisfy any taste. Got the same fashionable classic queen room with a single bed booked online, loved that.

We had a GREAT time here and will come back. That was comfortable and absolutely fabulous hotel set in beautiful area, near Venedig, all the major sightseeings, and various restaurants. The property was located in the middle of the city. The staff were very approachable and provided us with a lovely breakfast.

We had a large bed, a shower, a hair dryer and soft bathrobes. The airport was 0.5 km away from here, incredible location. Besides, the area was quiet, next to a public museum. Tbh, had a lovely stay on our 2nd night at the hotel.

The location was very central, stunning close to the Accademia bridge. We ordered lunch at Osteria Doge Morosini, located very close to the venue.
