Marvellous and lovely location with private parking if needed and just off San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, Marco Polo airport and all the main sights. The continental breakfast with pastries and croissants, as example, the very pleasant and incredibly kind employees.

The location was marvellous and fab, staff were very pleasant.

Overall it was a decent size, with a private bathroom.

Clean hotel in a great old fashioned building just next door to both Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square, Saint Mark's Square and Rialto bridge, and Water taxi from Santa Lucia station. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice. Very central location to a particular attraction. Plus, very close to a principal church.

The breakfast was savoury with an automated coffee machine and great view, as for instance, the staff was incredibly hospitable and genuinely helpful. The location turned out to be comfortable and easy, so close to Water taxi from Santa Lucia station, main tourist sights in 5-10 minutes, and picturesque square.

The service offered was excellent. It was a joy spending time in the neat room with a great view of Campo Santa Maria Formosa and good air con. The breakfast was really tasty and delicious, there was a huge variety of food to chose from.

The location is incredible and particularly good, it's next to Venice over night, and San Marco square. For tea and goodies visit Bar Gelateria Zanzibar, located close by.

I want to say thank you for a great experience, would stay here again without hesitation. Plus, the location is good and fab, minutes from a cathedral church. The area is really comfortable close enough to a nice quiet square. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is good.
