Thanks a lot everyone for a really really nice stay with our previous visit. This accommodation was in the central location close to the bus depot.

It was a lovely little and reasonably priced hotel in a very nice area, near major stops, the bus station and the main areas of venise. Loved the king room we had on the second level. The location was excellent and comfortable and the staff members were absolutely excellent. The private parking was in the property, excellent service. The experience was real good, will come back.

The hotel was in a marvellous and fantastic location, near the train station.

Quaint, small property. Immaculately clean and fashionable hotel unit with wiew. Had very comfortable a laptop-size safe, a minibar, and central heating. The marvellous and incredible location for the price, short walk to San Marco, the train station and buses, and the Cruise Port or the Train Station. Great way to end our christmas.

The place was clean and attractive, had lovely and nice staff with arrangements to get to the airport after our short stay. The location was marvellous, to the grand canal, convenient to go everywhere.

Classy hotel in a very nice area near train station and buses, the city center by boat, and the airport and vapporettos. Perfect and nice location not very far from Palazzo Cavalli-Franchetti. Easy check-in and easy check-out, parking in the venue.

Our location was magnificent and amazing, near a train station. You could walk to a bakery and shops. We stayed in a guest room with a mini-fridge-bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe.

The room was tidy and brand-new with a bathroom, we stayed in all day. A sofa and a nice, separate living area worked well.

It's a delightful classy hotel nestled in a classic style building. The rooms are immaculate with fridge and garden view plus a comfortable bathroom. The location is prime and awesome, 2 km from a grand showpiece square. They serve incredible food, have variety of options to choose from.

everything was good, accommodating staff, pleasant views on a quiet garden. the accommodation had a central location in a beautiful area. moreover, it's really close to venice, and the railway station.
